Does anyone have any experience growing KOS deep chunk and or Iron Cindy? I recently bought some seeds but can’t seem to find any grow/ smoke reports on them. I would like to hear other people’s experiences with them.

Thanks for the post friend. The Rev has been around for a long time and has a couple of books on growing using organics. Plus he is featured in Skunk magazine. every month. I think he has some good healthy strains worth taking the time to grow. Keep us posted so we can see what his strains look like.

I did a Riff Raff Thai (Kali mist/juicy fruit x deep chunk) last year. Turned out real nice.
Had a compact structure with a big, honking cola. Kept it untopped and it got about 1m tall. Perfect structure for indoor.
Chopped it at 10 weeks, but I’d probably go 11 next time. Old school fruity bubblegum and hash flavour. Nice buzz. Good for any occasion. Strong, but not overwhelming potency. Though I suspect there are stronger phenos, and it could definitely get dialed in better than I managed to. I was impressed enough to get another pack to try now that I’m getting better at growing.

Will do. Gonna be growing them outdoors this season

I really liked Iron Cindy. The cut I was given was pretty easy to grow, catpiss and pineapple comes to mind for the nose. Lil mold-susceptible, I tried to do an extra long slow cure and she molded up on me. Awesome up electric high.

Much love for Rev.

His CBR1947 and CBR1947 x C99 are my favorites so far.

His C99 is one of the better Cindy lines available today. Very loud pineapple that makes anything you cross it with smell louder.

His DC is good, but if it were me I'd go with the DC from the European guys - Vibes, et al

His Black Forrest and Cherry Bomb is spectacular. I made a Malawi cross with his Cherry Malawi that still is one of the best Malawi's I've experienced.

Ive been a big fan of KOS!
Iron Cindy was a solid grower and decent smoke, I’d recommend.
I second the choice of Black Forrest.

Ive been slowly working my way through his gamblers varieties, just to see what’s there.
Right now I’ve got the Congo Bhai Bhai flowering outdoors. Should be done come the end of October to the first week in November. Smells like a spicy date fruit. Good resin coverage.

Yeah thinking of running some indoor soon. What was the high and smell like? Potent?
Hi
In my case it was kind of leafy,it has a good relaxing body effect to it but still strong and mentally uplifting and pleasant but too much will leave you stuck were you smoked it.Has some acrid skunky undertones but lemony, reminds me a bit of sensi star for odor but much better than the femmed sensi star i have purchased in the past. A great hash plant if you like to smoke it.

Yeah I’m looking for a nice potent hashplant so sounds like I’d like it.

By no.

Does this plant look similar to you? It was in my garden this season but labels got mixed up now not sure what it is as I planted a bunch of different strains this year. Looks indica though might be deep chunk not sure lol

Madness II
Hey! Howzit? I have absolute respect for Rev! He was an early mentor for me, via online communication and a mutual friend. The madness 2 is based on seeds I sent him, crossing my old madness clone from San Diego to hit w some of his Cindy 99 pollen. Can't remember if it was pollen from f3 or f4 that I selected, or pollen he sent me from his breeding program. I believe he hit a clone from those seeds w iron Cindy pollen to arrive at madness 2. You will find various posts around here about the seeds I sent him...going by two names: Cindy's madness, and/or mountain madness. Mountain was one of the user names of our mutual friend and go between.
Have been emailing w him recently. He is sending me some madness 2 seeds.

I'm currently starting to play w some seeds I made using his genetics between 2008-2011. I'm currently trying not to check on the 5 seeds of Socal Master Kush x c99 (f4) germinating in soil in my tent until the morning!😆
I've got other crosses I made with various generations of c99 and iron Cindy. Even got some full metal jacket genes buried in the freezer somewhere.

Long time no see buddy
Man, Mountain is still around? Why did I think he passed some years back?
I never made the connection that it was also called Mountain Madness - that's one I recognize from the Skunkmag forum days.

That C99 is the best out there.
The Cindy's Rhino I worked with to make most of my blueberry stuff had the most intense cherry smell, then her progeny went blueberry - as I hoped. The C99 greatly magnified the smells of whatever she touched.

I haven't run Irony Cindy yet.
But I do have some pure Metal Haze seeds. Maybe I should do a MH x C99 project once I get some C99 in my life. Hmmm, the possibilities

Currently I got some seeds of Sour D, Bubba, Topanga, and whatnot, sprouting. The Sour D x Stardawg and Topanga x NL5 are the most vigorous so far
