I'm sure there is Haze influence in the background, in particular the psychedelic elements of the high, but none is visible in the plant's overall structure and shape, apart from its lengthy period of stretch in the first half of flowering ... it's important to allow plenty of space for new growth after the flip.

I have smoked Northern Lights and Fruity Malawi in the past and this plant is reminiscent of both.

Peace
So you took a tolerance break before this report?

Report: KA5H #2 NL/Malawi phenotype

This herb is very potent. When tolerance is low a single, long-ish toke on a pipe or blunt has immediate effect, with a warm, comforting feeling rushing in to take full control of your mind, body and soul. You can feel this high 100% of the time and it lasts for at least 4 hours with solid strength.

There is zero anxiety in this chemotype, no matter when I've taken the flowers within the range of Days 68 (early samples from seed plant) and Day 84 (last day of flowering on a clone run).

I will describe the principle high as bringing an almost constant smile to your face, but on the inside. A sense of calm and contentment leads to the peaceful enjoyment of the everyday things in life. Activity of any kind is enjoyable and there is plenty of energy coming from this weed. On the other hand, its powerful pschoactivity lends itself to quiet contemplation and reflection.

Further to that, this plant bestows a positive and good humored countenance, you feel good about yourself and socialising, general discussion and interaction with folk in public is enjoyable.

A particularly postive aspect of the high is my capacity for easy focus on things is greatly enhanced. Although I won't forget, not even for one second, that I'm stoned, things like playing and making music, watching movies and reading for pleasure are taken to another level, with full, unwavering concentration accompanied by enhanced perception and imagination.

Music is deeper, colors are brighter and more vivid. There is a pronounced psychedelia in this plant.

Which brings me to the narcotic ending this strain is noted for. It is real, and it is pronounced. At the end of the day you will be taken on a comfortable, somnolent trip to the land of nod. Sleep is solid, you wake up feeling great.

The narcotic ending makes KA5H unsuitable for all day use. If I begin indulgence in the morning I'm quite tired by mid evening, before my usual bedtime. Still, it's a welcome effect when smoking in the evening after a long day and, as it is a feature, not a bug, of this strain, it does not detract from its desirability.

The KA5H plant is easy to grow and gives a massive yield of extremely potent flowers. Flower to leaf ratio is above average. I harvested close to 2gm per watt of usable bud off the seed plant.

Simply put, the effects are of top shelf quality and very long lasting.

In summary, Killer A5 Haze is an exceptional plant that brings great joy through both the growing and use of it. If you are looking for an attractive plant with premium effects for late afternoon/evening use that will gently nurse you to sleep at the end, look no further than this gem.

Peace

I mostly use edibles these days but will periodically allow myself to smoke for maybe a few weeks at a time. I take regular T breaks all year round anyway. Three times now I've smoked my KA5H with very low tolerance and one or two tokes is all it has taken to be completely under its influence.

KA5H #2 clone - Day 45 from Flip to 11/13

I can't describe how poor this plant looked in the 4th week of flower after it reacted badly to a scrogging session due to an underdeveloped root system.

I began treatment with a rootzone booster (for 7 days only) and gave the plant a deadline of Boxing Day to come good ... or else it was coming out and I was starting again from seed.

Thankfully, the treatment worked like a treat and she was mostly recovered a couple of days before Xmas.

She won't match the previous run for yield but considering how sick she was I'm very happy with her now.

I got 2 packs of 5 the KA5H, a month ago from North Atlantic Seed Company. I think they restocked, not long ago, and are back down to 5 packs of 6, as of this post.
I also got 2 packs x5 of the ACE R&D Golden Tiger x A5 Haze, from Mandala Seeds. And 2 packs of 10 of the Golden Tiger Regulars.
