Killer A5 Haze

My plant has grown roots into the ground, through the 5 gallon fabric. This is not unusual for me, but this one seemed to be anchored pretty firm into the ground. moving is going to pull roots and not worth it. Or... move it as it’s not really flowering. I’m thinking move..

I would consider leaving it where it is if the roots are a decent size, but up to you :)

leave it be... if not your yield will be effected if not more.

when you see flowering on NLD types they have been flowering for a few weeks already. they stretch before the spit hairs.

Glad I found this thread since Im growing ACE's KA5H right now. It's in week 4 since flip to 12/12 and grown in hydro. I have a question about what nute strength did you all find the KA5H's needed. (I'll read the entire thread later but cant right now)
I'm only feeding .8ec right now and the plant is dark green and there is some leaf clawing. Haven't seen any tip burn. Also I have my pump timer set to feed 3 times per day with some runoff (in coco).
I'm trying to give her what she needs and .8ec seems light but then again, I've never grown a haze. I know my sativa's have all wanted light nutes.
Anyway, please let me know what you all found the KA5H's like with nute strength.
PS I'm using Jacks 321 run to waste and I do give Humic/Fulvic about once or twice per week.
My meter is at the 500 scale so .8 is only 400 ppm. Hope that's enough info. If not, let me know.
Later
Well, I found feeding in this thread variable. I saw one feeding 3 ec. Pretty sure mine wouldn't handle that. I may try bumping up to 1.0 ec and see what happens.
Thanks again.

Hi @RottyRzr , great question. The key is avoiding build-up that causes nutrient lockout. You're taking a very smart approach to keep things low and increase as the plant shows it's needs. Some phenos are hungrier than others.

sounds like too much Nitrogen to me. I'd half Part B and add the difference to part A as you scale up EC

Keep it where it is. It looks healthy and has rooted into the ground which will make better, Bigger buds. It will get more sunlight as the overhead canopy opens up when trees start losing leaves. Protect it from cold and excessive rain.

How many hours of daylight is your plant getting?
Sorry missed this. I had to look it up to get exact and it’s 12:41 minutes of sunlight today. Not at all what I thought. When the other mostly indica three plants flowered sunlight was 14:20 . I’m guessing the strong A5 male genetics must be contributing to this type of flowering pattern. I wonder if the indicas will flower inside at 14+ hours of light now.

My second DWC plant which I left in another 22 days from the first which was 51 days, so 73 days in the bud cycle
Absolutely reeks of Lemon Pledge (cleaner/polish), pine and a hint of burnt rubber
I'm guessing there will be about 6oz dry, which is a LOT more than the one pulled earlier which yielded 3.4oz
Pulled just in time as the roots were ready to give up. They were all brown and limp. Probably due to me not changing the water for the whole bud cycle :p

I'm crop steering with Athena @3.0 EC so I wouldn't go by what EC I'm using. I monitor EC at the root zone with a Teros 12 and have 12-14 watering events while lights are on.
I've been running 1.5 EC the past 3 weeks, not by choice. I only have one pump and had 13 week hazes mixed with 10 week strains and I drop the EC to 1.5 the last two weeks so the hazes had to get the lower EC. I give them straight water the last day or two before harvest to satisfy my OCD.

I still have my plant growing, she's at 12 weeks right now, I'm going to check the trichomes tonight, I might go 13 weeks if the trichomes don't look right. I'll post up more pics before the chop.

Bye snipe. I wanted to ask for help, I wanted to switch from hps to led, but after reading the /led-and-bud-quality thread, I was completely thrown off. I read your posts in rdwc earlier... and I thought you knew what you were talking about. do you have an opinion on quantum board vs hps Gavita thank you for your reply.

First saw flowers here at 38 on the 26th. This cutting was 12” when I put her out in late June. I barely get 6 good hours of direct sun so not expecting massive amounts. She’s just over 7’ .
