You guys are looking really great with the Killer A5. My sickly little runt is anybodies guess since I salvaged it from its old soil. I’m still hoping I can get a decent even if smaller outdoor plant from it this season.

These pics were taken last week at week 7, is it still too early to know what pheno she is?

I added the side lighting right before taking the pics, bumping up light intensity from 100 watts to 150 watts in the 2x2 tent. Since then her lower, older fan leaves are yellowing and dropping off - seems like she’s eating more with the increased light and higher temps (86 degrees). As of tomorrow, it will be 8 weeks since I flipped her to flowering, although it is possible she’s only around 6 weeks as I had a very low level light leak for two weeks that may (or may not have) delayed flowering.

TIA

roundish nugs and leafy.

looking like a A5 pheno leaning towards the NL side of it to my inexperienced eyes

Seems that might be a good bet there, makes sense from the descriptions off the ACE site. Thank you Maple

Save a couple of buds and let them cure of a few weeks
:)

Hi Red, all of my buds get a very long cure. I start sampling after two weeks, but I always keep some around. In fact I still have buds curing from a grow I finished last October, and also I still have buds curing from my panama grow finished last February ;)

Looks like they just did a restock. Didn’t have any an hour ago and got mail they were in. Just ordered and paid for a pack. Nice.

I'm really interested to hear why the A5 strain seems to be so much more popular than the pheno used in the super Malawi haze cross?

I mean nothing bad by this and it comes from literal ignorance to haze strains but I would have thought the more original pheno would have been more sought after? Read through alot of theoretical stuff and just trying to understand it all. Already ordered the super Malawi haze as it seemed more I line with what I was after.

While the Neville's has more haze in it genetically speaking the a5 came first.
I would think that people who came up smoking indica or hybrids would prefer the killerA5 . While those that have been enlightened by a good sativa high will prefer the Super malawi haze.
I like both

Could be - the smell should give it away from veg, real stinker if you got her.
My first of 5 turned into a 25ft sq scrog of pure dankness. Here's the harvest:

if you work back, you can see her "small" and compare to your leaves and structure.

Seriously couldn't carry a joint of it around without alerting everyone to your stonerhood and great luck. The second was close in nature, after that had malawi leaners with much lighter terps and star-like clusters of calyxes. very cool plants. First was deadly smoke.

Leaves do have a similar shape but she's not a stinker.Smell from stem rub is mild and piney.
She's not stretched much so isn't getting the best light.Others in there are already towering over her and still have a couple of weeks of stretch left in them!
