Can you extract the oils?
You will need to extract and decarb the oils then mix with a tad of ETHANOL to make it pourable
There are recipes on internet.
Best ones use sorbitol and sugar syrup, citric acid along with sugar. If you want the gummy consistency.

Personally I infuse small amounts of syrup and oil with a lot of mg
That way you add a few drops up to a teaspoon of infused carrier to the recipe and have to change the recipe very little if at all
Decarb st 240f (115c) in the oven
Ethanol extraction recommended if using it for gummies
The husks wreak havoc with recipes and texture

My set up for filtering
90 micron bag covers a paper cone coffee filter inside a stainless steel cone filter that is set into a porcelain coffee dripper
Not sure how much Badkat covers filtering
Learned all my techniques from one of her protege, Psychedelic Sam
The stainless steel filter saves a lot of aggravation when paper filters tear
