Keith Olbermann bitchslaps Shrub with last night's "special comment"

All I know is in the next election I'm going to vote republican. Why , becuase the next president is going to have figure out how to get out of this shit which from the looks of it seems virtually impossible. If I was a democratic presidential hopeful I would not want to have to deal with this war and the possibility of two others.

Ok, #1: Remember, the republican president & republican majority government got us into this mess in the first place, why would you vote for them again??
#2: ANY presidential hopeful, republican, democrat, independant, etc is going to have to clean up--or at least try to--Shrub's mess.

Very good Niki, thanks for bringing this video tid bit to my attention.I hadn't seen it yet. Olbermann nailed it, no other way to say it. This war or wars(God I hope were only talkin' singular here)is only the beginning of a chain of events that are going to happen that will haunt this country and it's people for generations to come.America is faultering , It seems our people no longer know the correct path, and those that do are buried. This president will continue on the path he has set, His orders come from the top, way up top past where the scum rises where the super scum reside. Don't be suprised if he takes course of action unimpeeded, people are afraid to cross him and they are wise for their fears.
I feel like I'm living in the tail end of a good party, where all the fun drunks have gone home, leaving only the mess to clean and my own dissatisfaction as company. Until and unless America wakes up and puts a stop to it, this will continue on and on and on, beyond president Bush ,oh much beyond him... untill America lays exhaling it's final breath....way before it's time.
exscuse my long windedness.witch. :joint:

Bush is winning the war in Iraq, we accomplished all of our goals years ago.

When he put out the banner that said "Mission Accomplished", the mission really was accomplished, he wasn't lying.

The only thing he was lying about was the real goal of the Iraq war.

Bush's strategy just seems like it is failing, because he is lying about what the real strategy is.

The real strategy never had anything to do with spreading freedom & democracy.

It had to do with setting up permanent bases on top of the world's 2nd largest oil reserves & installing a U.S. puppet government that will be co-operative with US energy corporations, instead of Chinese or Russian based organizations.

So if you look at the real goals of the Iraq war, we have succeeded beyond our wildest dreams.

If you look at the fantasy dream world goals of "spreading democracy etc" we have failed, but that was never the goal in the first place.

I remember not too long ago people on these boards were quick with the "tin foil hat" and "leftist" comments when any critizism of Bush would come up.

What happened to them, where has the pro-Bush crowd gone?
