Maybe a hornet's nest is just what the doctor ordered...or bee hives with an agitation system if they come to raid...remote of course...maybe the lights come on automatically and the walls of the hive drop down and a rough shaker turns on to send them looking for the enemy...lol...and they will find them all...bullet proof vest doesn't stop bees on other places...neck...arms, ouch!

Seriously though for the most part only peeps wearing vests are LEO and if they 'invade' no fight from me. If you even try and shoot at them with whatever that's your last thought. Maybe more sophisticated rippers wear vests going into a place but for sure they're ready for action and have a pretty good idea they're going into a place worth some trouble if it arises. A rapid fire BB gun would probably just piss them off.
BTW an SS197SR 5.7 mm round goes through level 2 body armor. Level 3 is what SWAT wears coming through your door...most likely.

Guns just fuck up your grow energy anyways, I used to think I needed one with me all the time but as you get older you kind of grow out of that shit and realize good karma is stronger than those bullets.

Yeah but karma aint going to save you or your family from some crazed intruder hopped up on meth trying to get his next fix. When seconds count cops are minutes away. First off, if your in a MMJ state and within your plant count you should have no worries. If you are NOT in a MMJ state or are way over your plant count, well your already taking some penitentiary chances. If I had to choose plants or firearms, I think I would keep my FIREARMS!

med state and local police you may be o.k. just depends on if they want be an ass. med state and feds = you just stepped in a BIG pile of sh_t. non med state you better not even think about it trust me i know from experience and i didn't have a grow going just lights and a little mexi brick and not even in the home or near them at the time of arrest.

If you hunt then its reasonable to have a shotgun in plain view like in the back window of your truck, i believe once u are concealing the weapon it becomes illegal or if you dont have a permit for carrying it on your person. If your in a medical state and within your plant limit i would say buy as many guns as you would like. Keeping them in a safe isnt a bad idea. I personally feel having a pistol handy with a loaded clip somewhere else is not bad if home security is a issue. But in my state if the trespasser is unarmed and run away once they see you then ur supposed to let em go.

Why do we need at our side? are we talking about getting jacked? I think you're better off just giving up the goods and running than pulling a gun on somebody whos more than likely that him and all his buddies have guns. I personally like having a hunting rifle in the truck incase i run into an elk on a logging road or something during season.
I could see if you lived somewhere where crime rate is high that having a gun in a safe wouldnt be that useful. But i've never had to worry about that sort of thing. its pretty standard practice tho to have a loaded pistol in the bedroom for protection.

Gun laws depend on the state. No point in having it on the property if it isn't ready to go though.
I would never shoot a ripper for all the bud in the garden, just not worth it from any angle. Now if that ripper has a gun in hand, or comes into my home, I have no qualms ending their life. A threat to my life or my family and the game is on. My dogs are a deterent and alert system - I can handle the fighting.

In the car is not a safe option. If any car is parked on a property that is subject to a search warrant, it is fair game here in California. My brother-in-law is locked down for being at a friend's house at the wrong time - got violated over what I consider a pocketknife (less than 4 inch blade) found in his car.
All I know is I fucked that girl in the sig pic and unloaded on her

Oregon does have a law that permits legal medical growers to have firearms. There was an incident in Roseburg OR a couple years ago were there were shots heard and a neighbor blamed it on a medical grower down the road. The police came confiscated his wet and drying weed and it molded by the time it went to court and couldnt be used as evidence...wasnt even recognisable as plant materials. The police didnt find residue on the man's hands even though he did posses a firearm. Since then a law was passed permitting medical growers in OR to posses firearms.
OR is a farely redneck state though when it comes to gun laws. You want a fully automatic assault rifle??? get a class 3 federal firearms permit and it's all yours with a silencer if you want... want a thermal scope for that??? Go for it. This state is wacky as hell when it comes to that shit.

I think we should be able to legally own any kind of weapon the police are authorized to use on us. If they don't want us packing full auto silenced rifles with AP ammo and grenades then they can just stop using them on us.
To stay on topic your firearm should stay as far away from your grow as possible. I have a rule I try to follow. That rule is: don't "stack" crimes. Meaning if you're already committing one, try to limit yourself in how many others you're committing at the same time. Should the long dick-like arm of the law touch me one day I want as few charges as possible. I don't need them offering to drop a bunch of M1s in exchange for a plead to the F2. Fuck that, reduce my F2!
If you want to play the part (or maybe this is just how you truly are) of a docile hippie who was just growing to support their own habit, having a bunch of other drugs and guns around isn't quite going to fit that mold. If they find guns and drugs I know exactly what mold they'll be putting you in: gangsta. You don't want that.
