Biker V1 is one of my favorites. I have taken my original packs to F3 over the years. Grew some ladies last summer that are still a mainstay in my stash jars. Might just have to roll one up right now for a nightcap
would love to see picks of that girl when she is done
here's one of mine from last summer. There was 2 mostly green ones and this nicely faded colorful gal. She is the stronger and tastier of the 3.

That's a beautiful specimen of Biker Kush V1, it must be really cold where you live to have the leaves getting so dark. Do you grow this same plant indoor as well or only in greenhouse? I wonder how different she could be in different set-ups. Those flowers look so good I'm sure some people would assume it was grown indoor.Gorgeous

I like to flower my personal smoke outside in my shoddy greenhouse. It's more of a cold frame than a greenhouse but it works well. I'm at 52N /3000ft elevation in western canada so my season is very short and very cool evenings here. Seeing as most of what I grow is 8 to 12 week flowering times, I light dep my plants, moving them into a dark shed at 8pm and back into the greenhouse at 8am. Can't miss a beat on the light dep schedule or everything goes to shit LOL. Pulled 7 1/2 pounds of beautiful cured flower from last season's multi strain outdoor run. This year I am running autos and some other plants ... no light dep this year.
Here's a couple pics of last season's "green" Biker V1F3 , this one got hints of purple in the leaves at harvest but not in the flower. In these pics you can see into the light dep shed where all the plants go at night.
52 North latitude is extreme to grow cannabis, I've grown outdoor at Lat 44, no greenhouse or light dep, I had to choose carefully my seeds to be sure they would be really done by mid-october or the fight against mold could be brutal. The plants who were able to get fully mature were wonderful smoke, in my country a lot of the outdoor stuff is cut too early so it doesn't have a good reputation for quality. With my mature outdoor buds I could charge close to the price for indoor grown buds.
I've grown mostly Dutch Skunk hybrids who would perform really well for my condition, in the last years I've tried some US crosses like Jillybean and the flowers were some of my best ones.
If I can grow again outdoor one day I'll go for the light-dep method, it is a very good way to use the sun at full force and allow to harvest before mold season. I've smoked some buds from a local grower at lat 48 who use light-dep, the quality was excellent, perfectly mature flowers with a rich and powerful smell.

Everything I have grown by @Karma G in my greenhouse, loves the sunshine.
Old Grandpa Scratch ltd, Crumbled Lime and Skull Cap have also turned out exceptionally well for me in my light deps over the years. The Sowahh and crosses I will run inside though as other sour diesel lines have not reacted well to the stresses they endure in my methods and climate. The Biker V1 and Old Grandpa Scratch though..... these are my absolute favorites from Karma and will always be in my garden.

In the Podcast with Tom Hill he says Sour Diesel don't do very well outdoor even for him in Californie so up north like you it must be terribly difficult to make her happy.
Did you try the BKv2? I don't remember what's the difference between the 2. Having a seed line who performs well for your growing conditions is the most important thing for the great outdoor.

Recently popped an old pack of Tha Melon and one of the plants has a fasciated branch. First time I have ever seen one of these mutations in my own garden.

I haven't grown the biker v2 but have heard good things and seen some nice pics online.
Would be nice to have a larger selection of Karma's stuff over the years but ordering is just too costly at the end of the day. I have shared orders with some friends over the past few years to make it more affordable and managed to get some stuff so i can't complain. When the old seedbay was in it's final months I went all in and bought up as many karma packs as they had in stock.... I ended up with 7 packs of the 100 Old Grandpa Scratch Ltd packs that were released and 4 or 5 packs of Biker V1 , Happy Brother (might be a BX) , Where's my Bike and a few more stored safely in my seed freezer. Still have some Crumbled Lime, Skullcap, Sowahh and a couple others from releases a handful of years ago.
the second group of Biker V1F3 I posted above is what I'm smoking on this morning. Minimizes my severe pelvic nerve pains in a big way and is why I keep this particular line going in my garden.
You have already a lot of Karma's seeds to play with, I rarely have more 2 than 2 packs of anything I grow. If I really like the plants I try to make a small repro to explore further the genetics;
The Crumbled Lime and SkullCap are 2 excellent seed lines, I didn't pull the trigger on those because I can't buy all the seeds who catch my eyes but all the plants I've seen from those 2 crosses were spectacular.
In a different category but still high quality the Where is my bike is another great cross. He made a new version with a different mother who is Silver/Amnesia and not straight Amnesia, I'll get some seeds soon if I can.I like a good 50/50 hybrid with the smokablity of a sativa and the grow habits of an indica

he's down michigan way though i think. Vastly different climate than mine. At these elevations the day night differential can be very extreme and it is very arid here. I have to use equipment to maintain my RH levels or it would be 15% RH in my buildings on average. The greenhouse I use basically shields them from wind , hail and rain, and secure from prying eyes. Otherwise the temperatures and humidity are uncontrolled except for 2 x 16 inch oscillating fans. It's very low budget although i do use quality greenhouse plastic. Last season max temps hit 52Celcius with a low of 6 Celcius...... for about 5 days. By harvest time, even with my light dep, it's already frosting overnight. The greenhouse does protect them somewhat from that but another week and plants would start freezing overnight. My methods and climate expose a lot of stress reactions in plants and really assists me in finding the strongest and best plants to keepChunkypigs' pics of his outdoor Sour make it seem like it does just fine outdoors

This pic was taken on the 13 september 2018 hehe I also took my favorite and lifetime keeper cut of Old Grandpa Scratch that I call Precious , all the way to late October with heaters in the greenhouse. My power bill was stupid but man did the plants finish nice. I think it was -14C the day I harvested her November 1st LOL

What kind of RH do you get in the greenhouse late flower nights? The aridness might be to your benefit?

The plants go into a dark shed, sealed of any light. Once the door is closed all they get is the two oscillating fans. So yes, unless it rains here for days..... RH is generally very low. Still the key in the greenhouse and the light dep shed is to keep the air moving. The pics I posted of Old Grandpa Scratch I ran those full season without lightdep in 18gallon totes. That was the season I decided no more full season grows and next season I decided to start light depping and using the shed attached to one end of my greenhouse. Lots of work but it's free sunshine and minimal power use.
She doesn't like extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme light so you need to have a very temperate climate to have her happy outdoor. And I'm pretty sure even Chunkypigs will say she's not better when grown outdoor compared to a more controlled climate;Chunkypigs' pics of his outdoor Sour make it seem like it does just fine outdoors
Being able to grow and harvest a plant is not the same than making it shine, having her to showcase all her best attributes. I'm on my first indoor run of Sowahh and I'm sure it won't be the best one, I hope to be able to improve the results I'll have with the clones;
