i like your style! i used to grow a nice sativa type (S.A.G.E.) and the Black Domina for over a year. That way you have weed for any occasion. The BD was killer for relaxing / sleep. I'm sure your Kali Mist will be great for day time smoke. Thats on the 'to-do' list too. Enjoy!

So i know its been awhile since Ive posted but i finally got around to taking some new pics. The black domina seems to have had a cal defic over the last month. I don't know why because Ive fed what i thought was plenty of cal/mag (5-10ml per gal) and the others 2 strains aren't showing signs, but who knows maybe bd needs a ton? Things are hella sticky though but still triqs are only clear to cloudy, no amber yet, so i guess I've still got a few weeks. I plan to flush with straight water for 2 weeks before i harvest. I smoked sum of the kali mist and it fucked me up something fierce! It was a harsh toke though but it wasn't cured right, it was just a clipping i took, still had ferts in it obv. I just let it dry for 3 days and fired it up for a sneak peak.

Nice run on this so far MJJ, seems like you are doing a real good job for your second round. I know a lot of guys who give up on the hydro but damn looks like it's worth the trouble to me, those colas look great man.

Looking forward to your smoke report on the BD. I have a clone outside in stasis that I might reveg if yours gets the thumbs up.

Smoke report on the BD,.... ok well i clipped a bit the other day and smoked it the other night,.. let it dry for 2 or 3 days in a warm area. Now taste obviously isn't something i can talk about since it wasn't cured properly but this was just a try of the strength and what not. So anywayz,.. on that,.. ya know that NyQuil shit that knocks you out?,... or ya ever smoke trainwreck?,.. well smoking black domina makes those activities equal to that of popping an Advil, LOL I slept till noon!..and I NEVER sleep late! If this don't cure my girls insomnia i might only have left to try and 2x4 to her noggin!

Hey Expertsetup,.. what did you mean by a clone in stasis? This intrigues me,.. How do you do that? And could i do it from a clipping of the 3 strains i got now that are way into flowering???

Good to hear the BD is a strin gindica, thats something I have been mising in my collection.

As far as stasis goes, it's basically when I throw a plant outside this time of year. So in this case I had a bunch of unproven club clones that I vegged until they were about six or seven inches tall and then outside they go. It's like stasis because the cold nights and short days of winter wont let them really grow more than a few inches a month.

a bunch of unproven club clones?,.. ya i can believe it, i had a bitch of a time getting the one BD i got to grow. i don't know why but they all died or grew up semi retarded after moving them to the hydro tub. this was the only one out of like 7 seeds that grew up right.

At this point my mind is moving towards curing,.. which I've always had a problem with. I've always dried slow, never let the bud get brittle, and my bud never has that good weed smell, more of a wet hay thing going on,.. even after weeks and weeks in a mason jar. But with some small samples i took to taste test the kali and the BD i let them just sit out till they were bone dry and i smelled more of a chronic smell to them so i think that's what I'm going to do. I mean you can always add moisture later so maybe that's the trick?
