Just wanted to show you guys the improvements I made to my little grow room over my first year of growing.

I started out with a 150w blurple that my buddy gave me. I bought a 2.5x2.5ft tent and an exhaust fan. I set it up in a 20x20 room but partitioned it off with blankets. The room is in an insulated building in my back yard. The previous owner had her cousin living in there. It was a shit hole and I should've cleaned it up before I started growing in it. But I didn't. Here's a pic of the first set up. The mattress is completing last 1ft that the blankets don't. It was easier to keep that little area cooler in the summer. The tent is behind the blanket the closet is where I was starting the next round.

I grew this way until the first harvest finished then I got a couple more 100w lights and started growing autos in the closet with the next round of photos.

I grew with this set up all year until recently I changed things around.

I had spacing issues so I had to put something together to get these photos in flower. I was waiting on a tent to come but it wasn't getting here so I did this for a week.

When the tent arrived I pulled everything out and finally tore out the carpet. I've never torn out carpet and not felt disgusting afterwards, but this time was extra bad. There was a spot where the guys toilet looked like it had been leaking for 6 months, rotted the subfloor and stunk bad. I covered it with the only plywood I had on hand. Here's the process of the clean up.

The next part is what I'm really excited about.

I needed an area to dry in so I took some of the pvc I had and built the frame of a wall. I screwed it to the ceiling and the floor and used foam board for the walls. Zip ties secured the foam board to the pvc frame. I basically did what I did with the blanket, but used these materials to try to make it better.

It's been a couple weeks now and that auto finally finished up and is drying. I've been able to keep both tents in the high 70's and that drying section very close to 60° with 60% rh. In the 60%'s anyway. I'm very happy with how things turned out and my next project is living soil in a 30 gal pot with either a SIP or a blumat. Been reading the sticky thread about SIP's. It's very informative. Any opinions on the subject would be welcomed and appreciated. Or on the room itself. Thanks for checking it out if you made it this far.

I'm going to post this pic of the autos drying even though they got messed up pretty bad. I'm not exactly sure why the leaves on particular buds got fried so bad. But I have some ideas. If you're interested in helping me figure it out I'll share all the info I have.
