dude in MO had two or three houses set up for just growing, Blue Springs and Independence if memory serves. If he is buying supplies in that quantity, along with the electric consumption, are you really surprised they caught him. Shit, they closed the head shops in KC, wouldn't you get the feeling that maybe a guy outta be a little more careful bout buying supplies? Don't care if it is 10 miles away across state lines; all that does is get more agencies involved.. KC is notorious for following perps over on the Kansas side, and either letting them get them, or the Kansas folks letting the KC folks keep up the pursuit to nab. In his case, I would have ordered from the internet to a completely diff safe place. But he was most certainly a cash cropper, so really, looks like greed did him in.

I didnt see that in the report, i re-read it after seeing your post and still do not see anything saying they got access to the utility usage records. All it says is that the suspect had just turned the utilities on in his name at his location they busted him at. That information can be gotten by calling the utility company anyone can do that, not just cops.

i didn't say usage records, and that wouldn't have mattered since they tapped power.
i did not know a cop can legally find out how long people have had service set up at a residence as easily as just picking up the phone. they checked that on 10/4 and busted him 10/16. Yes he is a complete idiot and this all could've been avoided easily.

I travel once a year in September from Illinois to Missouri to get my soil, nutes, and whatever else I need from Worm's Way. It's about a 2-3 hour drive. It's always nice weather that time of year and I make a nice field trip out of it. Take off in the morning, go shop at WW, go shop at the mall, get gas, go to a nice restaurant, then head home. This last time I went to a great Mexi restraurant and had a couple of margaritas. That was nice. I don't speed, watch my six, and obey all signals and road rules. I did take my one hitter. Maybe not so smart, but hey, I had a blast. Picked up FFOF soil, some PGP nutes, and some pH up and down. If anyone was following me, they would have been out of their mind to tail me the whole trip.

First of all, this is not NEWS. This has been going on at Green Circle Hydroponics in Overland Park Kansas for YEARS!

Kelly, yes, KELLY is the good looking wench that works there. Her dad is TOM, the previous owner/operator. Kelly is a NARC. She works with (not for) the pigs and knows for a FACT that they do survalince on her store. I did a quick stint outside of KC for a year, and in that time I had heard of several people who had this happen, and then it actually happened to a good friend of mine. He drove 2 hours to the store, and 15 minutes after he got home, 10 unmarked cars came flying into his driveway. The PIGS lied and tried to get into his house. They even told his wife that he admitted to growing and so did his friend and tried to get the wife to fess up by lying to her. They got out ok cause he told them to **** off till they had a warrant. They never returned. The best part was that he didn't even have a grow! He only had maybe 1/4oz and a pipe but still didn't even want to deal with the pigs

Kelly cooporates with the police. I even gave the snatch...ooops I meant snItch the benefit of doubt and confronted her about all of the bullshit expecting her to be surprised and upset that the local LEO's are negatively affecting her business. Instead she got all defensive and protected the cops and said that it was stupid customers, not police watching her store that were getting them busted.

One time I was in there buying odor control and she started asking how big my garden was etc. then all of a sudden she went to the back and was on the phone for 20 seconds. Then a minute later some guy comes walking in (obviously not a grower) and begins asking me for growing advice. I got the **** out of there. Now I look back and realize that he was an undercover cop. Lucky for me my tags were registered to my brothers house


Kansas and Missouri have a disgusting cocaine/crack and meth problem. I am not exaggerating when I say that one can EASILY score an ounce of powder way before a 1/4 of heady nuggets. Yet, these worthless pigs are wasting our tax dollars on this shit.

Oh, and Green Circle is the only grow store in the area with the next closest being in St Louis, Omaha, Denver, and I don't know where south is the closest

man that is soooooo ****ed up!!!! damn that, i am reusing my soil, and sticking to homedepot as much as fuggin possible. this shit is scary because, of course they always watch the places that are "hot" in other words drug wise, and of course the bane of us growers is that tweekers like to smoke the cannabis as well, so once a place is bad then they are gonna squeeze everyone in the area, and that KELLY doesn't want to lose her shop, probably squeezed her aswell. but a snitch is a snitch is a snitch! so fu ck her and her shop.

Kelly's husband is ex KC popo. I know Kelly and Tom very well, and they may know that this is going on, only an idiot would think different. Kelly has never asked in my presence any question referring to cannabis, in fact has evicted several people for bringing up anything referring to ANY subject about weed. I had a car follow me two years ago to my job, I was buying foxfarms potting soil for the plants at work, and when I gave the info to Tom, he got really ****ing pissed off! I am taking a year off from my other gardening ventures for reasons other than security, but had used GC for many years, and also USED my freakin head. Never went in my car, never had any way to tie me to anything etc. I don't have any proof that Kelly or Tom are in any way cooperating with the pigs, but also don't have any proof otherwise. In my opinion, if they are shitting where they eat, they are doing a great job of covering their asses, the MJ show community in JOCO is waaay too tight to continue purchasing from them if they are snitches. GC is not the only other grow shop in the area either. There is one open in KCMO that's been open over a year now. It's down town, and not in a good part of down town either. Just use your heads people. NEVER EVER think "IT CAN'T HAPPEN TO ME" it can and does quite often!

Wow that pisses me off, I recently made the move from MI to Arcata, CA college here is about half as expensive and the good green is waay cheaper! Grow stores everywhere and Fox Farms CO. right in town. I miss my family in MI but hopefully they'll come join me :0) It's sad though that I might not ever move back to MI even though it's a very beautiful state and I have great memories. Too bad people don't just worry about the REAL problems :'0(

I didn't mess with others clones. I did pick up some great White Rhino and Williams Wonder clones in a trade from Lawrence tho. Coupla budz who were messing with KC trades ended up with spider mites bad. Theres sweet pink grapefruit and a supposed hash plant that stretches like a satty but sadly doesn't even eally get me high along with something they are calling purple kush but isn't and some blueberry clones you can get - iffen ya can get close to the boy-ya know? But, their hoodlum wanna be's and most of the older brethren - medamself included kinda stick to our own. We all know who has runs agoin, n who we can hit up for some help if we need it, but we're all so damn self sufficient that we seldom do anything other than trade some smoke heheheh. You mind mentioning which stores? I live in the South and am alittle paranoid now from visiting my local store several times. The store I go to has the initials of AH.

How did you get busted? Did they get a warrant just on the trips to the store or did they follow you and find some other evidence? The more details you are willing to share, the more info the rest of us have.

BTW I am a major FTP advocate. But I will tell you that the officer puts in all that crap to give the judge the sense that the officer is experienced in drug cases. If Joe Blow who is on his first day asks for a warrant. it would probably get denied.

hey yamaha we may go the same. cp sound familiar? i've been goin there for almost 3 years now and never heard anything bad about them. however theres a couple of cats in there that look shady and out of place. i've been dealin with one dude there from the start and i call first to make sure he's there. i live a few hours away and ride with a friend and then chill @ his house after for awhile.
