The ice store. We have one next door. One fall we bought 2000 pounds 3 times to get through 2000 lbs of outdoor. Now we buy 50 a day every week or two and can tumble 15-20. Then its a day to squish it

Mother Mary, that's volume!

I have a backlog of trim sitting in a friend's chest freezer, think this may have finally answered what I should do with it.

It's very low effort. Stuff in the drum, let it spin a short time, collect the primo, let it spin a long time, collect the seconds... that's it. Water extraction is a lot of work. I know which suits me better.
How manicured does the material have to be before you put it in the drum?

I have tried most extraction except co2, we did lots of ethanol, bho, ice water. Dry ice tumble and vibrating screen are my favorite. View attachment 18895071 View attachment 18895072 View attachment 18895074
I always had too much plant material in my drysift but if you press it , I guess it’s not a problem. How is your extract? Taste and color wise? I bought myself some big iceolator bags and wash everything (around 2kilos) in a 100l bucket. I enjoy the process, just the 25y is killing me, that’s why it’s the last wash and I only use it once, the other bags 3-4 times

Ah true! Drying is quite a bit tricky with no freeze dryer. I press all the water out, form it to balls, freeze them and later microplane it, I use a cheese crater for that. The faster you work the better, keep tools and room cold! Especially if you want to make fresh frozen (imo the most tasty) you have to work fast, because the resin heads melt fast

I’ve been blasting since 2013 it’s quick and easy the product is amazingly potent it’s personally what I prefer over everything else but virtually nobody wants BHO .. it’s like a curse to them ...

I was looking at these two. Any good? View attachment 18894992
That washer you can get for way cheaper on eBay. Buy it separately and save a few bucks. Also I saw you have much bigger versions in the US. Maybe worth a look into.
Cheers, stiff

If you are trying to do a lot, i just put on some thick rubber gloves and pull the main stem through my hand and everything comes off but it has to be dry for that. If its not dry you will just have to use scissors to remove the stem. I would pick out as many fan leaves as you can also. I think dry ice hash squished into rosin tastes better than anything else but taste is very strain specific and does not usually match the smell so the only way to know is to make it and put the nectar collector to it.

Flower is 2500 wholesale here right now but it has to be bagged in 1,3, and 7g bags individually. Bulk bag no paperwork its 1500.

Got to sell it in single serving something. We did astronaut ice cream, freeze dried ice cream, a couple years ago. It broke apart to easy but it flew off the shelves. A unique gourmet single serving prepackaged small farm produced is what your market is begging for.
