Bench warmer. Harper and his sadistic henchmen, do not give a damn about us. I talked to a real prick who works for the federal prosecutors office and he told me that he dosn,t care if i have a Health Canada license to grow and possess medical cannabis. He told me his department is seizing my home anyways.I asked him what happens if i die before my current possession charges are delt with and he told me he will sue my next of kin .
That is what we are facing with Harper as prime minister.They are all acting like neo -nazis.

That's fucking disgusting man... I mean on what grounds do they claim to have the right to take your house?? The only 'legal' ground is if somehow you paid for the house via proceeds of a crime..........fuck me man.............calling that harsh is just way too much of an understatement in my opinion....

Vukman.I think i might have told you why they seized my house. They say its not being seized as a proceeds of crime, but its being seized because they said i should have known growing medical cannabis" before" i recieved my licenses was illegal, therefore my house was seized under that forfeiture law.I know it sounds wack, but like i said before, i been trying to obtain a MMAR card since 2005 and it came a couple weeks too late to save me.I was desperate for pain relief, and i started too soon.I was raided before i even got a chance to even try it.
Anyways, my home is still seized by the gov, but i can live in it. I can,t sell or rent it .When this case is over, and if i win, i will keep my home, and all the money the feds and local police spent on persecuting/prosecuting me, will go down the drain.
If you apply for a MMAR card, wait until you actually get it before you start growing.Its too easy to get excited to start, but if the police raid your house, even the day before your license comes, you will still face charges ,and end up in a big mess like i,m in now.

Oh fuck me!!!!! I didn't know we had that law up here too!!!!!! I know the US does and now we do as well!?!?!?

So much for Canada being different from the US and a country of innocent until proven guilty has been thrown out the fucking window as well. I know that the old saying that the law is for the people hasn't applied for a long ass time but this just takes it to the extreme!!

I really didn't know bro.. I mean you may have mentioned it to me but I was in another world there for a bit with the loss of my grandmother so please excuse me if you did mention it and I didn't remember..
