I was agreeing with you, bike riding can be dangerous....It did put a hamper on his 420..For me, my feet are more tender than my ass..I sit real good, walking fucks my feet up..So for me the bike is the way to go..I grew up riding a bike in the city, I drive a rice rocket in the city also...NYC that is..So a bike ride in Adam is a piece of cake in my case...Until I spot a hottie walking, then I run into those fuckin brown poles sticking up out of the ground all over the place....mitsu

I dig thier shop..Good menu..lots of room..cool staff..good food,coffee and space cake...

Bluebird is one shop I need to check out..A friend in the Dam recommended it, next trip!

one thing i can say is that barnys seems to be takeing over with the best bud also with best place to chill (barnys lounge) check it out and as for the cheese its the english one its good and the g13 haze special

and for the green house argan needs to give his head a propper wobble he is a poor excuse for a grower i would call him a robber if you read this you weed is sh** you make out your grate but mate you weed and prices are a bad joke you need to stop robbin the t.h.c for your hash you fool

as for dampking ok but the good weed they had was the same as pinkfloyd,bluebird,and few others and to tell the truth i would say that was only the super silver or super silver haze had diff names in but the same bud

my over all vew was that things are going downhill ive been over 20 times in past 7 years and it looks like i wont be goin too many more times

just got back too.. my opinions regarding your thoughts:

the cheese was good but not so special, and it smelled NOTHING like actual cheese.. pretty good though. i have no experience with the cheese clone so i shouldn't speak, but if that is a good representation (as you seem to imply), it is way ovverrated.

dampkring has the same weed as the pink floyd because they are owned by the same people, and their weed is ok. amnesia haze was great, i asked the dealer if it was Soma's and he said no, which leaves me scratching my head since they have those seeds on display on the windows of their growshop near the station.. anyway it was a bit wet but tasted very very sweet. to bad their Noor is sold out..

almost all hazes in amsterdam smell/taste the same: true

the rokerij has no Sour Diesel left and their weed kinda sucks, but their hash is great. i strongly suggest their Dunya, my favourite hash from this trip.

the grey area is still the best coffeeshop in town, period. their sweet haze is a crazy fruit explosion in your face, their silver bubble (sshaze x bubblegum) smells like average haze from the jar but reveals a magnificient grape scent on your fingers when you break up the bud. their mental floss is what i found to be the best deal in town (got 5 grams right away for close to 40 euros), thanks to Moppel (i think).

some coffeshops offer this "purps" strain which does not look any purple and i tried a few samples hoping to find the famous cali cut.. but it tasted very very boring. i suspect it's thSeeds' take on the cut.

the quality drop is even more noticeable in the lower priced strains. they used to be boring but kinda ok, nowadays they are NASTY shit!

comparred to California's medical scene, amsterdam's weed is lacking. But if you are from any other state or not a med card holder then nothing compares to the dam. Grey Area is fantastic. My experiences with the Green House has always been good. Sometimes their weed is great. The whole vibe in amsterdam is good though, not just the weed. It is true it is not the same as 5-10 years ago, and with the dollar so low it is expensive for americans. But a mecca none the less for any true smoker

One that might be worth checking out is the one on the Top of the Riffman's Hash part of the menu at PinkFloyd/Dampkring,
i cannot recall what it was called, but at 14euros a gram it was well worth it, i know you like your hash!, give it a try,
you cannot keep it inside a plastic bag for too long or you cannot get it back out!!, very sticky and bendy and it Bubbles well!!!
im just having a bowl now... nice!!
