For the number of entries you can check the results of last year but it depends of what people will enter.

whats the cost for judges packs?
any idea of how many entries in each pack ?

meltybubble your scoring was terrible last time, did you even sample the packs?
I don't think you should be asking for every category and I question your suitability as a judge. You're a lovely guy but the scores you gave last time were bordering on suspicious.

not sure why you say that, just had a look, his votes were pretty average and consistents...

That is my exact point, he voted the best things the same as the worst things and none of his results made me think he has actually judged them all properly. Far too average a score across the boards. The quality varied massively and his scores did not reflect that.
