The answer to all energy pricing issues is INCREASING SUPPLY OF ALL SOURCES.
Oil, Natural Gas, Coal, Nuclear - if you can buy it - we need more of it.
Only sustained high inventory lowers the price of energy.

Biden likes to see people overpay for energy. It's a wink and nod to Green New Deal Socialists who want the $50/ barrel tax on oil.
-cancel Keystone XL (reduced supply)
-suspend federal leases (reduced supply)
-sanction Russian Oil (reduced supply)
-insult then beg Saudis (reduced supply)
-plan to refill SPR at 3x the price $72 - Trump proposed $24(Schumer blocked) (overpay)

I say Joe has delivered on his campaign promises - just as Obama "necessarily bankrupted" coal utilities.

I have a million pounds of wood for sale.

Only one problem ... getting it there.

10 cents a pound ... FOB my backyard.

I have about 30 dead ash trees rotting away. If I'd had know then what I know now 30 years ago I would have planted a bunch of the native cherry trees in my empty lot. Fast growing, self spreading, great wildlife attractor and flowers in the spring plus a good fire wood.

I was such a fan for nuclear of the new kinds
the potential was/is huge
but it was not to be
talk here is a small nuclear plant across the line someplace in SW Virginia in the next few years. apparently, it'll be on the order of the small standardized ones Germany has/had...

OK Movie, "Meltdown: 3 Mile Island"

One of history's Stranger Coincidences:

The Movie "China Syndrome" was released on March 16, 1979.

Three Mile Island partial meltdown happened on March 28, 1979.

The US went from Pro-Nuclear to Anti-Nuclear in 14 days.

i see that france produces about 70pct of their energy with nuclear... so far no 3mile island fuk-up....
make them small, simple, and safe. no one-off designs, make them all identical with interchangeable parts for affordability. cars weren't going anywhere either until Henry Ford mass produced them. and you could get any color you wanted so long as it was gloss black...individualism in certain circumstances is not viable.
