Only thing they could do is another impeachment. Stupid move IMO, it will just fail like the 1st attempt. GOP is corrupt they cant do shit without the senate. When they(DEMS) get the power back they can increase to 12 then change the filibuster to include SC nominations. If they win the senate they could impeach him at that point.

Biden just asked the senate GOP to reconsider forcing this nomination through before the election. Of course he knows they won't reconsider. If he wins the presidency and the Dems take majority control of the Senate then Biden can take some steps to even the score, having provided fair warning. If Dems don't get both wins they can't do jack. I'd guess statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico which will add 4 Dem senators to their advantage along with 2 new Supreme Court justices to include Merrick Garland and another more liberal one, bringing their total to 11 and correcting the GOP's force-fed imbalance.
