I saw that. Unfortunately my box is a single pole 120v. I did foresee myself going over to 240 by the end of the year and ran an extra #6 AWG with the 2 strands of #6 to the room. It's tucked neatly in the ceiling, all I have to do is cut a hole to get it. I'm good at drywall, so it doesn't bother me to do it. It would bug me that there's a dead wire just hanging around.
No, I haven't. I didn't bother to document it because I used a micro PLC to run everything, and figured that programming it would be a task that most people wouldn't want to mess with.
Those single strands of #6 aren't in flex or conduit?

Yes it's all in conduit. I had to put a junction box in the ceiling in order leave one #6 out for future 240. Then back down into conduit. Its not cut or anything just bent 90 degrees in the box.

I had to upgrade the Terminals that was supplied by Titan. They were junk and I wasn't at all confident in them.
Also, I wonder if anyone there at Titan has ever attempted to hook up #6 AWG in that thing. There was absolutely no room to work in the opening for the TB. Pain in the ass. Such a flawed design.

It should be noted that anyone working with #6 should be aware that the insulation on the wires if bent multiple times will crack if its cool. I laid my wire in the sun along with my conduit and it made it a hell of alot easier to work with.

Mitsubishi Mini Split is in. I swear you CANNOT HEAR IT run. You'll feel the wind from it long before you hear it. That's the best way I can describe it. Worth every penny. I now have a walk in cooler. Seriously, do people use these things to hang meat?
I have floor house fans way louder than this thing. You just won't believe it. Neither could my HVAC buddy. He kept having to go to it while we did the start procedure.

Laying out my AC/DE Double Ended hoods. I found this to be the easiest way. Sure, I could get all the dimensions and put it on graph paper, but I got to get them in there anyway.
I dont know what the record is for Watts per sq ft here. But I might be a contender. 3 1k's

I gave my buddy $300 and his choice of one single bud out of my stash for installing the mini. He's a certified technician and had all the tools necessary. He chose wisely. That sucker weighed in a 1.1 oz.

Here's the low profile Uni strut I installed to hang lights and equipment if I wish to. These are very desireable to use due to all the mods you can do without destroying your ceilings and walls. I spray painted it with a white high temp spray paint.

The mounting hardware used. Very secure. and easily movable without making holes or unscrewing anything. Just slide it where you wish.

Very nice, did you find that mounting hardware that is hanging from the uni strut at the depot or lowes? or did you modify pieces designed for something else. If you bought them, what department would I find them in? My use of uni strut is not as nice as yours, thanks for those pics.

It'll be by the electrical. Its a low profile. The steel is stamped Superstrut B-1400-HS
All The components will be right there with it. The down thread rod in shorter pieces are over in hardware.
Its zinc plated, I spray painted mine white with the oleum rust.

I'll post more of the hardware for everyone to see. Extremely secure and you get a professional look and function. I did all of mine for less than $100, and I mounted a C02 burner

If you notice, I had to cut down the spring of the set nuts (that's what I call them). You simply put them in the uni and then turn and they lock in place. From there you can slide them anywhere down the strut. You can either bolt into them or put threaded rod and install more uni.
This stuff is a must for grow rooms IMO. It takes out stud searching for mounting stuff and you can mount things anywhere you wish. And do so securely.
