Anybody have any info on this strain? I picked up some cuts but haven't seen too much info on here aside from the thread that Ranger Rick started. Thanks
This is funny. I literally JUST put a fresh rolled doobie in my mouth and clicked on this thread. Now I am lighting it. It is RangerRick's Jedi Kush, 3rd fatty of it today. All his phenos were sweet, and the keepers are great. From my experience I would say just get it what are you waiting for.
What am I waiting for? Waiting for them to veg of course, just picked up some cuts. I don't know exactly what type of pheno they are supposed to be. I got them down the hill and didn't have too much info to go on. On reading about them I saw that they are apparently a really lemony strain. Thanks for dropping in knowledge
Went through a ten pack last year, none currently in my garden...
BUT
That being said i got six lovely ladies, all went two rounds, two phenos went three rounds, one pheno stayed around and was then passed on/around lol
all phenos were death star dominant which was one unappealing factor to me when all ready growing DS i was hoping for a better representation of the sfv in the cross
Great natural structure to all the plants, as in excellent branching, would be a nice bush even without topping.. which again structure is dead nuts to my deathstar clone, i give all the credit to the sensi star comin through there
the nugs were very dense and very trich'd out on the cut i kept and passed around, better density than my DS and a different almost platinum looking trich structure if that makes sense which just looked different than my DS
the smell was again very DS dominant ,but a bit kushy earthy hashy flavor with only a slight fuel undertone and very kushy (ie bubba) exhale... BUT a much less fuely smell than my actual DS cut..
all in all a great i found at least one sexy lady that is still being run around here, but i was looking for the sfv to fuel up my DS and if anything my diesel traits of my DS cut were lost in what i found of the cross and the result was much more kushy in a bubba master sense, just not what i wanted but good nonetheless
I have a couple packs too....just need to get around to em'. Have been running the D-Star cut for a while now...and wanted to see how the Jedi compared.
Hey MoreTBA...I'm looking for something that rocks up more than DS..w/ faster flowering time. Does the Jedi have those traits?
just finished growing plenty of them for the last few months actually
good smoke
some finish in the 8 week range and others seemed to want to push to 10+
some produced decent trichs and others weren't very "bag appeal" filled.
I decided not to keep it after these last clones run through as I have other genetics that kicked its ass BUT it is KILLER SMOKE ( I am just picky lol ).
How was she on feeding? I put my clones into some straight FFOF and they all seemed to have been burnt. I've heard about this before but haven't experienced it with the majority of my strains. Thanks
Yes, light feeder for sure. At least right off the bat. Mine are still reeling from being started in FFOF. Most have recovered and are starting to settle in but two are still looking fried, scorched earth. I think they will make it but shit are they sad right now.
Ive got 10 jedi seedlings going, and they all have droopy leaves. Is this a jedi trait,or are theyre something wrong with them.Got 18 other seedlings that arent "droopy",at all.I know im not over/under watering so I dont know what could be causing this other than genetics.
If you know for a fact that it isn't a watering issue then I can only wonder if it isn't a nute burn issue. Are the leaves drooping or are they curling? Also, keep your eye out for any tips burning.
Cant be nute burn, only been giving them water. They only have 1 set of leaves,2nd set are just starting..And theyre drooping.Been giving all the other seedlings a light dose of protekt, sea grean, and roots excel and theyre fine.Only gave the jedis water after I read theyre easily burned.
Sorry but I don't know what to tell you then. Mine aren't even 6" above soil from clone now so I'm hardly an expert. Maybe genetics then unless it's severe droop? You got any pics then? That would help. Good luck to yah man.
Who dat is, I am currently growing out some cali connection jedi kush there are some pics in my PPK thread I ended up with 4 girls and 2 boys from 6 beans some a couple different phenos that I have so far look pretty nice and are some stinky ladies for sure. Here is a few shots of my Jedi's so far the first 4 are my 4 different jedi ladies and the last is one of the boys.
Just potted up my Jedi padowans into 2 and 3 gallon containers. They never really seemed to want to properly take off but I guess they've had a rough life so far. At first they were burnt from the FFOF and then they ran out of nutes in the soil when they finally started to settle in. Hopefully they will stretch a decent bit and settle in properly. I have them on the top tier of my stadium setup so it won't matter too much if they don't get too tall, they would do better as bushes anyhow.
