10-12 weeks really isn't "flash-like". I thought Sensi tried to take down the Jack Herer flowering time by making crosses to develop "Jack Flash". 11 weeks is a bit longer than I anticipated.
I have some of the Jack Flash beans fresh from Sensi.....wasn't considering cracking those beans just yet....but those pictures made me think twice.
I'm puffin Jack Flash for the first time today. It does have a really nice look and smell. Mine taste a little spicy which is the only downside. I'm not big on the spicy taste. Other than that it's a nice functional daytime smoke.
hey smokintrees, i know this is an older thread. glad to see interest in the jack flash. i brought some home from amsterdam when they were first released. it was one of my favorite smokes for quite a while. had no desire to start new strains when i had the JF. it had a smashing cerebreal high with a good basic haze flavor, with some pepper in the nose. i lost it during an emergency shut down.
did you grow the JF from sensi seeds? i bought 3 packs when i got started back up, sent one pack to a friend to look through. neither of us found anything close to my original JF plants. i seem to be hearing this over and over about sensi seeds. they seem to be headed the wrong way presently. lots of folks unhappy with them now.
Hi thinman, I know it's been almost 1 year since I talked about Jack Flash. However, I've had some more JF since then and it has really grown on me. I love the smell/taste/high now and think it's on my Top 3. Great functional daytime smoke. However, I haven't grown any myself. Some nice shot in this thread.
