My smoke recent smoke report of ATW got me thinking to how I'm not smoking enough sativas, lately. This is one of my all time favorites in every dept - looks, smell, taste and high are all killer. While not 100% sativa (JackXSuperSkunkXHaze) it is really sativa dominant and I think of it as one.
These nugs were grown indoor in soil up in Northern Cali.
This stuff looks killer. The nugs have that sativa look to them with really long, slender shade leaves. They have that spongy like texture and stick to your fingers when you squeeze them (try to resist oversqueezing them, of course).
The smell is definite citrus. Lemony, Orangy. Not too skunky or earthy. Very fragrant with some spicyness, too. It kind of makes you want to go on about it until you start feeling like some kind of wine dork and force yourself to stop.
Same for the taste. The first thought I get when I taste this weed is "Hash Candy" . .and then the stinging in the nostrils that comes from resiny weed. Citrus, too.
As far as the buzz goes it is a super-duper sativa high with almost no body, warm or buzzyness at all. It's clear headed and good for most daytime activities and, unlike some other strong sativas, does not induce paranoia or 'racing thoughts' for me. It's pretty euphoric for a sativa.
