I have 2 kinds or chorizo beef and pork,, haven't been brave enough to try the vegetarian..some things shouldn't be replicated vegtable style.....its a staple for me.crumbling cheese or sharp cheddar depending on my mood.....yeehaw... I just don't have room for making all my own food anymore..i make 75 percent roughly...

Tacos tuesday falls on cinco de mayo this year..... crazyness. We are having chicken tacos with freshly fried corn shells and pico obviously.

i love mexican food so much

there is actually a good authentic taqueria in one of the little mountain towns near me. Great tacos but they are $2.50 each though. they also have tamales that are amazing but you have to order them a day in advance

I make incredible Tamales. A friends wife from Guadalajara tells me I make the best Tamales of any white man she knows. It is a lot of work to make a batch. You need to roast a Pork Butt (with green chiles), make the Masa, soak the corn husks, put them together and then steam them. It takes all day. And it has to be moist and spicy!

I also make great Carna Asada Tacos, but I usually buy the meat from a Mexican Butcher, he knows what he is doing.

I'm having Tacos tonight.

I don't eat pork or beans, but... I eat tamales. figure that one out.
