Its Hard Having Two Girlfriends

Guys, guys!...slow down a minute. He's talking about one girlfriend is his plants, and the other is his actual girlfriend.

Let's all not forget that the golden rule to growing your own bud is
1. TELL NO ONE!!!! THAT MEANS NOBODY! No girlfriends, boyfriends, best friends, friend's friends. Nobody!

I can only imagine what situations I'd find myself in once I get growing that would make my lips loose. But even not growing it's hard, when I hear people say incredibly stupid things about how complicated they think growing weed is, to not say "actually you have no idea what you're talking about, it's obvious you've never researched growing weed".

I dunno, I am all about the secrecy as it goes hand in hand with safety. I'm just not sure you could have someone in your house/apt. ALL THE TIME and not have them know, unless they're completely ignorant about herb. I think you would have a tough time eliminating smell to the point that no one in any part of the house would pick it up, or keeping a 'mystery room' that only you are allowed to go in. If you're not planning on living w/ the girl, then just keep your lips sealed....should be no prob.
If you have a non-smoker chick in the house, she'll most likely FREAK the fuck out if she does find out about it. Good luck asking her about it without arousing any suspicion. If you date a girl that at least smokes from time to time, she is much less likely to fly off the handle should she stumble upon your grow.

ahhhhh man i hear ya....it's tough having a gf and growing/smoking weed....THE TRICK is to grow super smelly skunk....when u first meet her and start dating make sure to ALWAYS wear eccense of skunk cologne....then she'll be used to any odor that might come from you or your grow....make sure to tell her your scared of the dark so if she ever sees any light coming from anywhere u can say it's your nightlight.

tough one man - even sometimes you find a girl and she's ok with you being a raging pothead and you get serious/married - then all of a sudden she's like, "oh I thought you only smoked weed occasionaly, not 3 to 4 times every day" and then it becomes a "well I'm just worried about you and your health, and what would happen if you got pulled over?"....

So I don't know man it's a tough one. I guess the only thing to do is find a chic that smokes as much as you do - but they're hard to find and I'll tell you most of my friends who went this route don't have "hot" girlfriends/wives.

On a related subject, why is it that men are so much more likely to be raging potheads then women?

I mean I can't tell you how many women I've met who smoked a little bit in college or even smoke occasionaly at a party, but I rarely meet women that are daily smokers. Seems more common for guys to be daily puffers. I tend to think that men just need pot more than women. I think it's left over from our evolutionary roots - that is that men evolved as the hunter/protector and as such are more aggressive and tend to be on edge, never feeling relaxed or content - cannabis helps to counter that natural tendecy and relax us aggressive tense men. Whereas women are programmed to care for children and naturally feel more content with being.

Ya, unfortunately I'm a forced closet case. I have a select few of college buddies who I'll still puff with but no one knows anything about a forest. As a professional, I also have my career to protect........and so it goes!
