i am really sorry that you find yourself in this predicament, and totally mind-blowing that there taking your home, i just wish you much better times in the future, i live in london but would like to think if this happened to me,on release i would move to a medi-state but sometimes its easier said then done to move away from family and friends, so once again so sorry on your news and all the best, peace s2

Wow, just Wow! I'm emotionally overwelmed by all the positive responses.I'd like to thank you all for the support and welcome back.
I'll try to answer some of the questions.
Yes,I was snitched out,I was actually set up,by a guy posing as a friend. I had always dealt with friends I'd known for 15+ years.I stepped outside my circle and got stomped on.
All the guns were legal, I had a carry permit also.But it was still shakey for a while, they were threatening to take it federal because of the guns.The guns were scattered through out the house and were all loaded.
Yes, my first lawyer was worthless, he took 10k from me and didnt do a damn thing for me.I paid another lawyer 25k to get me the lesser sentence.
Yes, I plan to move to a med state as soon as I can stack some money., I'm figuring it will take at least a year.
No, my job was not waiting for me.I have a low paying job right now, but once I get my drivers license back(Pa. takes your drivers license for 6 months for any drug offense)I'm heading up to northern Pa. to get a job in the Natural Gas Drilling industry.

Jail is the threat and a common problem that All of us face. Those in Med States are still breaking federal law. It used to be that dispensaries were left alone, and now they are not. That means that it is possible that personal growers used to be left alone and someday not. Just saying, we are ALL at risk. The thing about many personal growers is that they registered. If and When the feds ever decide go after them they have a nice list of names, addresses and whatever else they need to work off of.
Jail is a mess. They throw us in all together with a bunch of people that have no regard for law and order. You have people that use hard drugs, steal and grow pot all in the same confined space. You have people with body odor, bad manners and psychological problems. You have people waiting trial that are looking at 20 years and have a bad attitude and nothing to lose. Then you have the cops that hate us all collectively, the gangs, racial problems and the graft for all the commissary and phones. It is a huge mess I hope I never have to deal with again.
I am Colombian. I had to spend a little time in a county jail one time. There were a lot of Mexicans, and in the area I am in I was expected to join a gang. I only had a relatively short time to serve so I just wanted to do my own time and stay out of trouble. In my culture the Mexicans work for us and I have a hard time thinking differently about it. It made my 60 days seem very long. I didn't have to fight anyone but it was a daily problem. And because I would not join the Mexicans they started passing rumors that I was a snitch. I told one of those guys that I will be waiting for him when he gets out. He is in a state pen now and connected to the gangs, so I may have a long wait.
Anyway.. just my little jail rant. My girl got caught with a little blow a couple months ago. We have to deal with that still as she cannot have a felony conviction of any kind. (I was not convicted of a felony yet either). We were traveling all around the west coast for several months carrying weight (buds and hash) and she gets into it in a bar with some chick and gets caught with the coke. We had like 10 ounces of buds and hash in the car that they never discovered. That would have just made things worse. I hope she beats it.

Hell shack if your going to work as a frac hand you will have enough coin in less that a year, but if you do manage the full year you will be living large in new med state. I'm trying like hell to get to Colorado and be free of this BS...

Huligun: you forgot to mention the guys with rotten breath that have to stand right in your face to talk.I sware I was the only inmate that brushed his teeth.

The Marcellas Shale natural gas drilling is a really blowing up here in northern Pa.They are really hard up for laborers,even with my recent felonies I should have no trouble finding an entry level laborers job at the least.,working 60 to 100 hours a week.

I was just raided last month and reading this thread has helped me through one helluva sleepless night. 38 plants, 4 of which were in flower (around week 8 or 9). My girlfriend and I were questioned then released pending charges. They found a bolt action shotgun I had borrowed from a family member during a hunting trip. I'm still waiting for my indictment as the weight was over 200 grams. (Not sure the exact weight yet) The uncertainty is the worst part.

don't know your laws where ever you are. look at the norml web site for state laws. most are accurate, however there was recently a thread saying at least one state was wrong. so use at your own risk, but they could give you an idea of what you are facing.
sounds like a felony... what class felony depends on your state. do they count weight or plant numbers? lots of variables.
but with all that said if you have a clean record or maybe even a couple of misdemeanors you can probably get probation.
take that with a grain of salt as all states and judges are different. that's what happens in my state and they are pretty serious here...
