I do not.
I'm positive my wiring is as good as possible in my situation, considering I can't fix anything on the main board.
I triple checked it.

My light would shut off daily before it should. Took the timer off an manually turned on and off and I haven't had an issue in a month. Rives is gonna show me how to hook up a better timer. Hope that's the issue :)

U could run a new circuit from the main breaker board...n that really is the only safe solution to ur issue imo.
It's ur choice not to... As u r renting.... But that being said I've rewired many houses I've been renting, and depending on the circumstances I either put the wiring back the way it was when I moved out or I didnt (if it was a shithole)...
Good luck, I never mess with running 1000s of watts without setting up the circuit myself... Only way to know for sure it's done right.

Did run a new circuit from my main, didn't help.

Sorry I missed that part.. Beyond suggesting u double check all of the troubleshooting u have done this far, I don't know what else to suggest... Perhaps one of tHe pro electricians on the site may have some further input. Good luck, I hate phantom problems like u r having... They drive me insane.

I returned the ballast, I don't got the time for that shit. I want my money back.
Just wondered if it's something common I should look out for next time.
