I'd think not also but your photo isn't very clear. Powdery Mildew generally forms in a small spot and grows larger. It also kinda looks fuzzy sometimes. You appear to have other issues. Maybe a deficiency of some sort or water problems. Search the infirmary for pics or wait til someone who has seen this and knows for sure.

doesnt look like it. ...

but i'd check for thrips....

take a leaf and flip it upside down so you can see the veins , crack the main veins running down the fingers of the leaves.... if you notice any lil crawly things squirming around, or even jumping off the leaves , you have thrips.... they are very small and hard to see , so check closely.

That is exactly what it is. I went back w/ a hand lenz and found a little white insect on the bottom of a leaf.

At least now I know! I am 4 weeks into flower - any ideas how to get rid of them?

bayers tree & shrub will stop that damage right away. But it is a chemical. 1/2 tspn per gl. One time. Thats it.

spray with neem three times over the next two weeks and thrips will be gone. It wont hurt the buds and can easlily be sprayed all the way up the the last cpl weeks of flower. Be sure to spray teh underside real good. Follow this and be sure to drench well and the thrips will be gone no problem.
