Is this picture a fake?

Has it been photo-shopped to add background? There is a missing distance from the individual to the pyramid. Also the ELA analysis suggests cut and paste. Can I get a second opinion?

It's a very tall pyramid.

It looks altered to me. There are some weird artifacts along the edges of the gentleman in the photo. They're very apparent around the shoulders of that lovely shirt.
That left ear looks a little funny, too.

Dunno what's been done. But it's been worked.

Well, at 3200% all the pixels are the same size, there
seems to be at first glance nothing to suggest retouching.
