Grower my 80 dollar milwaukee PH pen gathers dust,I dont use it anymore.If you're growing in soil General hydroponics Ph test kit is the thing to have,for 15 dollars.You must balance nute and water ph and use a tbls of dolomite lime in your soil mix.You cant grow ph blind.Try using 5-1-1 fish emulsion without ph up a few times and you'll appreciate the need for PH control.Any fert will drop nutrient ph,some worse than others.I couldnt grow without PH up

i think people overreact about pH for mj plants. i'm talking about soil, not hydro. no need in my mind to buy a hundred dollar pH pen if i'm doin soil. just relax.
