Is this hydro saveable?

Not sure what youre after here but it does seem like you wanna argue about nothing.
Ha ha

Perhaps you should focus on OP's hydro growing issues instead of led tech, because people have well growing plants under leds even without IR supplementation once the environment is in good condition.

I fully agree, fully agree, no IR is needed but throwing some heat on your cannopy can be more energy efficient than heating your whole growspace. 10-20w of incandescant is a lot less watts than whats needed for heating the whole space normally.
Only point i have is that the need for extra heat comes from missing infrared, which is true. The point you made; that you can feel heat on your hand under a led light so then it must contain infrared is problematic, youre jumping to a conclusion there. White led light contains no infrared. All light will heat your hand somewhat if intensity is sufficient. As ive stated in pretty much every post.

In any case we agree: OP should grow in correct conditions for led. I edited my recent post because of tone, hope we can stay on track here.

I'm not sure this type of Aerogarden are big enough to grow cannabis plants like the one pictured here, it's made for ornemental plants and small seasoning plants but I don't think it's adapted to grow cannabis, that's the main problem here the growing material is not made for being used this way so of corse you run into trouble while using it. In this conditions I would transplant in soil to keep the plant alive, I don't thing there is better option.
I've done it once before with an even smaller aerogarden. I'm just trying to do it again but struggling and now i'm trying to save my plant.

I just cleaned out the res and then add some new fresh water with added botanicare - cal mag & iron+. Phed to 5.9-6.0. I going to leave the light 18/6 untill the plant gets healthy again if thats even possable at this point. And I trimmed off a bunch of dying leaves. At the moment, I can only feed the food that the machine came with which is that nasty miracle grow fert. next month I can buy a better brand fertilizer. I do have some GH florabloom 0-3-4 for when i bloom. The big thing here is this is a budget grow. I don't have lots of money. So I have to make do with what I mostly have on hand.

I did mention that there's bright side led lighting. There's plenty of light, there's plenty of warmth, it 70°, And there's a fan blowing a gentle breeze.
I've used this gross space for soil plants year after year with no problem.

well maybe you have had few issues along the years..
I'm not trying to be mean about it, just saying ;)

And i think i now know what perhaps one of your biggest problem is..

I was looking through photos of your growing as i was thinking about your plant issues and i noticed it appears you grow in a corner of a room?? in a fairly open area?

If this is the case, have you ever thought about investing in a grow tent?

Because it’s very difficult to grow with leds in an open space where you can’t control humidity% and temps very well . If you’d have tent it would be much easier.

Also you would get a lot more out of your grow lights if you’d have highly reflective walls (mylar) near by.

I didn’t find the video where Migro demonstrates light measurements in open space vs. with reflective walls but you can see what i mean in this Migro video too..

The guy has a light intensity tested in a walled test space – look what happens to the reading of the meter when he pushes the reflective walls aside starting at 0:52 on the video ...There is a huge loss

These days there are various options for tents and the cheapest ones do not cost that much any more ..well, the absolute cheapest probably aren’t very good quality (poor zippers and fabrics, some plastics don’t handle UV light very well) but you should get a decent tent covering your grow area for less than 100 dollars/euros

I recommend a tent that is at least 180cm tall ..200cm tall would be even better

There are bloom tents that have a square foot print from 60cm x 60cm to 100cm x 100cm

..and smaller veg tents with a 40cm x 40cm foot print that are 120cm to 140cm tall

And there are tents with rectangular foot prints like 50cm /60cm x 90cm or like a 60cm x 120cm foot print

and they even make tents with a triangle foot print that are meant to sit in corner of a room

There are a lot of options out there

But if you have materials and tools you can of course make a diy cabinet yourself

Anyways i recommend you get something that will give you better control of temps and RH% because keeping these around the optimum level is really important with led lights

If you're on a budget you would better be growing in soil rather than spending money on stuff not adapted to grow cannabis, the aerogarden are expensive for what they are, it's not a good investment and it does not work very well as you experience here.

Yeah well im gunna try again anyway.

That's the spirit!

I thinkthe first thing you should do is getting a tent to fit that grow corner, you’d find controlling temps and rh so much easier. 150 dollars the tent cost you’d get back by growing one nice crop in it if it helps keeping your plants in better shape. It’s an investment worth making

Many grow shops have 420 day discounts up so it’s a good time to shop around for a tent and a good grow light. You could get a 80cm x80cm x 180/200cm tent and a 400w led light for 400-450 dollars or less than that

diy DWC bubblers are easy to make yourself no need to buy one if you want to do bigger hydro grows. Bucket + a lid with a hole in it + a net pot + air pump and air stones + hose and connectors
