Just readjust the pH to 6.3 after calibrating your pH meter. It's the start of an Mg deficiency by the looks. I would add a little epsom to your regular nutrient mix rather than CalMag, say 50 ppm. pH is the key issue though, if your meter isn't calibrated, you can't truly dial in the issue.
To me your medium looks a tad on the low side, I highly suspect if you raised the pH the problem would go away.
If you are freaked about the nutrient mix, just dump it on your flower garden outside and mix a new batch for this bucket that you know is within parameters. Calibrate your pH meter, everyone should probably do it more than they do. It's essential garden maintenance.
