Is the smell going to creep through the floor?

My space is roughly 40 feet long, by 13 feet wide. The space is rectangular and after the first 12 feet, it juts out another 2 feet so its 15 feet wide for the rest of the space. I dont want to use the whole 40 feet though. The narrower end is the back of the garage and the wider part is towards the front. I also have a gas water heater that I would rather not have in the room. My plan is to put a wall up right before the water heater. That would give me a room thats roughly 13x20. I have a jpeg sketch but cant seem to get into my gallery

I am going to do scrog, no tree grow

I may go with the 1000 watters. not this grow but maybe the next one i'll put them on a mover

sounds like a perfect space. i'd try and make two rooms, 12 x 13, 8 x 13.
3 1ks on each side in the flower room. i would be impressed.
