Is Prague the New Amsterdam?

Nothing will ever be Amsterdam or the `New` Amsterdam. Amsterdam is Amsterdam.

Prague has a way to go yet although it is nice it will never hold the charm of Amsterdam or the people of Holland itself.

Some friends of mine overseas and myself have been saying this for many years now, that this was the direction that Prague was headed. Although I have never been personally, it has been and remains one of my top most travel destinations. I read in some books years ago that the supposed Czech crystal was the best LSD on the market, the purest cleanest "non agenda" having stuff there was. B\But at any rate, the food has to be better than Amsterdam, but Holland will always be special

I LOVE AMS, and nothing can change that. Even without the C'shops.. And I rarely Drink Alcohol - robs my Chi Energy. It is simply a beautiful and wonderful Village. The People can;t be beat. Such heart and Civility. Magnanamous Hosts. A great Society that is safe. Not perfect, but what is..?

Whaddya Mean Joe..? Dutch Food is great, as long as you eat Ethnic..! lol....

My Brother has been to Prague. He always told me it was amazing. Since he is not a Smot-Poker, the subject of MJ never came up. But, this legal shift did not particularly surprise him.

Just because it's decriminalized....Having to buy baggies off guys on street corners? I can do that here in London, without all that much fear of getting arrested. The risks of getting ripped off or mugged are just the same.

I lived in A'dam and also in Prague, and both are really nice cities and completely different experience. I would vote for A'dam for getting some good weed, since you can buy it in a shop and you have a wide selection of strains which will cost you from 6 to 14euros(you can also get some jamaica or thai for 4 per g) per gram(and it's "real gram"). But in prague, if you don't know somebody and you have to buy from street, you will propably get ripped off on weight of a bag(ussualy 0,8g) for 250Czk~9,5Euro, but if you know someone you can easily get a better deal like 200Czk~7,5Euro or even lover if you buy more than a few G's. There are also some bars where it is possible to obtain some weed. But be prepared that most of weed isn't as nice as in A'dam if we are talking about taste with little to none flushing(mostly grown by commercial vietnamese growers), and basically everything are indica strains, so mostly couchlockers. But Prague have it's charm, beautiful architecture, cheap beer, lot's of pubs and clubs,museums, nice food...Yeah, and beware of people trying to sell you some hash at very good deal, mostly they will show you real hash, and by the time you will be taking out your money, they will change it for asphalt.

Weird only 1 gram of cocaine but 1.5 grams of heroin. 1.5 grams of heroin is enough heroin for a couple days of use for a recreational user, but 1 gram of coke it not even enough for half a day.

Just thought it was odd.
