Can't stay mad at the little bugger for long. But he can aggravate the crap out of you sometimes.
He's my pal, one of our favorite spots to hike to.

I have my indoor grow, think I'll stick with that. Chicken wire may make it a lot less stealth, ya know?

Thats what the flat black, dark green, and brown spray paint is for.

Hey, pieceofmyheart, you have got a beautiful dog there but one question; is it ever NOT staring at you?

he likes me.......

but hell yes a lot of the time he is ignoring my commands and acting a fool hehehehehehe

Heres a story, not of a prank but of a very smart/lucky dog.

I was reading an article on google news last week that a lady had a heart attack , and her dog got her cell phone and dialed 9 -1-1 and hit send! what are the odds of that?!!?

Luke is such a hoot! Took him walking down to the creek today. He usually runs ahead, runs back to me, runs ahead. He ran ahead and I saw him standing behind a tree, thought he had found something. When I got close, he jumped out and took off running.
Was he playing another joke? Like a kid though, he couldn't see me so he thought I couldn't see him hahahahaha
I love my dog!

I swear dogs are smarter than we give them credit for. One of my Golden's (we have three) loves to play hide and seek. He grasps the game quite well, and now that we have a daughter I no longer have to hide in closets. The two are a perfect pair, however the dog has the unfair advantage of having a nose 10,000 times more powerful than hers.

One of our other dogs, an Akita (not even close to the Golden Retrievers) chuckles. I fell off a step ladder a ways back while changing a light bulb. As I'm lying on the ground I hear the most peculiar noise, low and behold the bastards laughing at me. I thought it was a coincidence until I slammed my hand in the car door after taking him for a ride. Once again the laughter starts.

Ok...so I have gotten him back a few times now. It is usually hard to sneak up on a dog, what with all of their keen senses and all that, but mine is kinda goofy. I can tell when he is "in the zone" chewing on something or very into his dog thoughts and I can slowly walk up and startle him.

I did it today and I got close enough and then jumped out went BOO! He jumped 2 feet in the air. hahahahahahaha then we played.....I am not mean now c'mon......

He has also learned how to play ball alone. He has a rubber bouncy ball, he'll get it in his mouth, throw his nead back and let it bounce on the pavement, then he grabs it in midair and does it over and over.

He is so darn cute.
