I have been thinking about this for quite some time.
was jut looking at that and from what i can see its not made to keep back water wich he going to have if he ties into a waste line i woould rather install a back water valve instead its made to let water flow in one deirction only. but i still need more info on where his grow is at and bathrooms, attic ect ect i bet there is an easer way to vent his grow... me i live in a double wide so realy i got it made all i got to do is just cut a hole in the floor and vent under the trailer.... if he realys want to try it, just pull the toilet up and hook the vent to the toilet flange. if he could tie into a vent stack now that lil thing might work just fine since very lil water go's tru a vent stack.. i take it from what he trying to do is vent tru the sewer hoping that will hide his grow ordor wich it might unless he got some realy skunky weed then i dont think it will help a lot other than sending the ordor up tru his roof and above his house...Hedonism Bot said:
YEAH YOU HAVE TO HAVE A WAY TO HOLD SEWER GAS FROM COMING BACK INSIDE THE HOUSE ITS A HEATLH ISSUSE , COMING UP WITH A WAY TO KEEP THE GAS OUT SHOPULD BE EASY THING TO DO. IF I HAD A BASE MENT YOU COULD COUNT ON ME TIEING INTO THE PLUMBING TO VENT MY GROW BUT ONE DANGER WITH SEWERS THEY SOME TIME GET MEHTANE GAS AND THAT YOU DONT WANT UR GROW WOULD TRUN INTO A BOMB.billbob said:I knew someone who dug out a room under their house (raised wood foundation). The outbound air went into the main sewer pipe. Never had a problem I know of, but maybe the fan was 24/7
