Kind of interesting waters you're treading into here...very cool if you ask me and like I said before good luck and hope it works out for ya! For me being a minority owner in a private company over the years has come to mean I actually own nothing...keep that in mind...then you have the situation of being a minority owner, possibly, in a company in another country. I work in a company that deals with shipping product over seas and have come to learn I WILL NOT release an order from the US unless prepaid cause once it crosses that boundry you do not have much ability to collect and you can pretty much just forget about it if they decide not to pay.
