is a 4" Elicent fan big enough to vent a 400w grow tent?

i just want to update this thread. Indeed, the Hydrohut elf filter was insufficient for removing the smell. My buddy got a can 33 filter and the smell is now non existant. Personally, i even think the air is more easy-breathing than before; this is the perfect size filter for this type of setup.

Thanks again VerdeHombre for your good advice... A can 33 filter is the minimum you should be using for a 2x4 tent
