i'm having problems with my computer. not everywhere, just HERE. my computer will lock up and i get a message saying "your connection was interrupted" then "no internet access" . ALL while every other device in the house is working, and my son is sitting twelve feet from me & HIS internet is NOT interrupted. same thing happens with WIFI at times. most times, i check for internet connections & it says "yup, you're good to go", but then it still won't work when i even try to go to Google..."sorry, Google cannot be found". WTF????? how can you NOT f'ing find Google ?
