Hey everyone,
I would like to ask if someone here already had some experience with cultivating using a internal reflector lamp, since I think they are quite new I would like to hear or see more about them.
Some info below
Grtz
IR stands for Internal Reflector and internal reflection is the strength of this lamp. Reflection is always an important aspect.
What reflector you choose,it always gets dirty, sometimes even after a very short period.
Dirt/dust on the reflector brings down your yield.
The Internal Reflector lamps are made so that the reflection is distributed optimally on the plants.
In addition the reflector can't get dirty since it is inside the lamp.
Because the lamp only has a small hanging hood, the Internal Reflector lamp doesn' hold much heat, something what large reflectors often do.
This saves 3-4 degrees right under the lamp.
Because of this it's also easier to adjust the climate in your space.
