Man I just mounted the backplate with the cable coming in the bottom the way it should be,put the cover on and its frickin upside down? That means it has to be mounted so that the wires go up and around and through the top, makes absolutely zero sense whoever engineered it lol
Works perfectly,I set it at 1500PPM when it drops to 1450PPM the generator kicks in,I'm glad it was simple and I didnt need any help lol.Anyone home in this place anymore?
my hangover aint too bad I use the same unit.. mounted the back plate with spacers behind it so it's got some room for the cord.
The only prob I had with it was when I used an electronic ballast.. the sniffer froze and emptied my co2 tank. I believe the interference from the ballast was the prob not the sniffer. CAP replaced it even though I told them I was runnin the electronic ballast.. Very good of them and I'll buy more CAP stuff for sure.
Went back to the standard ballasts and have had zero probs since.
Sorry Skeletor, make sure you use those plastic spacers man and turn it right side up!
LoL Once you get it remounted properly plug your charger in and it will start it's warm up cycle. Give it 20 minutes to stabilize and then you can proceed to set desired PPM's. The other plug (piggyback) plug into timer and then plug your CO2 regulator into the piggyback and your set man.
Now I have a question, LoL I just re set up a new grow location and have forgoten and lost my owners manual to my Hydrofarm CO2 Regulator, LMAO Can you tell me what the P.S.I. setting is suppose to be? I think like 20 pounds or something, Thanx man, Berryhill
I am also trying to setup my CO2 system.. I have a:
CAP ppm-3
CAP GEN-1 NG
I need to find my natural gas line, anyone know how to do this?
I notice the NG line that comes with my generator is only about 10 ft. long, I will probably need more "rope." What do I need to buy?
