Ok im not sure what the hell happened, I have been feeding them regularly, everything has been pretty smooth, then I fed them last night, up'd the bloom just slightly, and today I wake up to this.

Then this 2nd girl has it even worse, and almost looks nute burnt like I said..

NEED to figure this out I dont know what the hell they looked great I mean perfect almost up until yesterday when they got fed. It almost seems like nute burn thats the only thing I can think of. Pls help!!! :rasta:

they are supposed to yellow up some toward the end of flowering, about two weeks before but as long as the buds are not affected, i would just monitor these. it's not that unusual, unless you nitrogen the shit out of them like they do in amsterdam!

I dunno, the necrosis is a little funky there , I'm thinking the up in the bloom dosage....
perhaps try flushing them for a night then when they need watering again give them the regular dosages again, Also I think it may be nute related due to the fact you said all this happened overnight and they were perfect before , bad nute doses can act rapidly liek that as well , Plus theres never any harm in flushing really . but it is natural as well to have yellowing at this point, so it is a tough call. also could also be soil toxicity or whatever it's called ..... I dunno hahah when I'm stumped I just flush and start over hehe

The burning at the edges of the leaves indicates an ongoing potassium deficiency, and the yellowing definitely looks like nitrogen deficiency, especially in the pic where you can see the location of the yellowed leaves on the plant.

Being that the yellowing happened overnight, I suspect it is either natural for this specific plant to start eating up those leaves at this point, or the plant has outpaced your feeding at least as far as N goes.

The N thing looks like it could be from lock-out. I had this happen to me once before on a crop inside that i forgot to lime the soil before transplanting. I wouldnt worry about it too much at this stage since yu want that yellowing starting soon anyways, its not going to hurt your overall yield much and the end product should burn very nicely. Also on that crop I was using earth juice products as well, and one thing I learnt about the EJ is that when you first mix it up in the water it causes a severe pH drop. You need to bubble it for 24 hrs after mixing and will go back to normal.

also you can cut the Bloom back to 1/2 strength of the bottle and that should help with the potassium burn on the edges of leaves in the 2nd pic.

the reason I think its not deffeciency is the overnight remark that to me spells lock out or toxicity in the soil, the fact he just fed them a stronger dose than normal just reinforces my thoughts , N defic should be more subtle and slow than that , I usualy wind up with too mutch n

Here's an update. Nah I wouldnt say it happened totally overnight, but the burning on the edges of the leaves in picture 2 definitely happened overnight. The yellowing overall seemed to really happen in a 24-48hr period, so it was a short window.

Regardless, I think honestly after reading alot and speaking with a few folks and doing shit tons of more research, it's a variety of different problems combined into one -- flushing the soil is the best solution, which I did yesterday. Flushed it, picked up some cal-mag plus and some Meta-K also.

I'll keep ya'll updated and thanks for the advice.

I'm just guessing based on what I see in the pics and some of the stuff I've seen in my own plants.

It's affecting new growth and not the old growth so it's not yellowing from maturation and it's not near enough to harvest for that anyway.

I'm kind of going on a hunch here but I'm guessing you've fertilized religiously according to the label instructions and haven't flushed out any of the old salts that are built up. I think you have a toxicity problem and I think the reason the burning showed up almost overnite is because they got a little too dry between waterings one time making the toxicity problem near lethal.

Give them a good flush letting some plain water run through and finish off with a weak fertilizer solution and you should see some major improvement within a few days.
