(Natural News) As part of my “Oblivion Agenda” lecture series, I described how non-Earth civilizations harvest entire stars to generate antimatter fuel that powers FTL (Faster Than Light) warp drives. FTL travel is necessary to traverse the galaxy, given the enormous distances involved (even at 1000 times the speed of light, it would take 120 years to travel from one end of our Milky Way galaxy to the other).
Now, mainstream science news is writing about a bombshell discovery: Over 100 stars have vanished from the night sky in just the last 50 years. They’re literally gone. As I’ve explained in my lectures, this is because our galaxy no doubt hosts “star eaters” — advanced alien civilizations that consume entire stars to create antimatter fuel. This idea is beginning to achieve mainstream status, by the way. As CNET.com now reports:
“Unless a star directly collapses into a black hole, there is no known physical process by which it could physically vanish,” explains a new study published in the Astronomical Journal and led by Beatriz Villarroel of Stockholm University and Spain’s Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. “The implications of finding such objects extend from traditional astrophysics fields to the more exotic searches for evidence of technologically advanced civilizations.”
The project team believes their search for vanishing stars could be useful in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) by identifying “hot spots” in space where an unexpectedly large number of stars seem to be missing.
“Zooming in on the (hot spots) in our SETI (or technosignature) searches, we can identify the most probable locations to host extra-terrestrial intelligence,” they write.
The idea here is that a very advanced alien civilization may be able to construct a hypothetical megastructure called a Dyson sphere that completely encompasses a star in order to capture a large portion of its energy.

Importantly, these stars vanished many thousands of years ago, depending on their distance from Earth. Through normal space, light travels at a known constant speed (when gravity is not distorting space, see below), and we know the distance of these stars thanks to parallax measurements from Earth. Thus, we can easily determine how long ago these stars vanished, given that their light takes a certain amount of time to each us.
This vanishing of stars has no explanation in mainstream astronomy, but it is explained by the existence of “star eaters” — alien civilizations that consume entire stars to power the FTL warp drives on their ships. Stars can be harvested into antimatter fuel which can then be used to project gravity distortion fields that accelerate ships to speed that far exceed the speed of light.
This is exactly what I’ve described in my Oblivion Agenda lectures, which are available at OblivionAgenda.com. I also gave a live lecture on this topic to thousands of people in Branson, Missouri, which was recorded and is available on this DVD set from GenSix Productions.

Yes, the speed of light can be radically altered by bending the space through which light travels

Naturally, people who think they know a little something about physics will immediately scream, “But the speed of light cannot be exceeded! It is an absolute limit!”
That’s not true at all. The speed of light is limited according to the spacetime “grid” through which light is passing, so if that grid is stretched via projected gravity fields, then light itself can more quickly traverse that grid. In other words, if you bend spacetime by a factor of 10, stretching it out to where the “grid” of space is now ten times more elongated, then light can appear to travel at ten times the “speed of light” to an outside observer, even though within the grid itself, the speed of light is still constant compared to the grid.
Put another way, the speed of light varies according to the distortion of space by gravity, which is why the observed speed of light by scientists all around the world is not a constant. Small variations in the speed of light have been routinely observed literally thousands of times by dozens of different labs around the world. These speed variations are due to gravity waves washing over our planet, causing variations in the curvature of space itself (which is how gravity works, of course).

In fact, variations in the observed speed of light are so common that the scientific community had to cheat to fix the speed of light to a constant. They did this through circular logic, by defining the speed of light as a component of how long it takes light to travel one meter, while defining one meter as the distance traversed by light in a given amount of time. These definitions are circular, which is why the speed of light is a “constant,” even when it isn’t in reality. (This is just one way the scientific community deceives the world with fake science and fake math. It’s more common than you might suppose…)
I don’t have the space here to do a full science paper on this for those who are still stuck in Newtonian physics, but the simple explanation is that gravity not only bends light, but gravity bends the space through which light travels. If you didn’t know that gravity bends the space through which light travels, then you aren’t even up to speed on the most basic astrophysics principles used by mainstream university lab all around the world. Yes, gravity bends light indirectly, by bending the space through which light travels, and that explains why large masses such as stars, black holes and planets, create a “lensing effect,” bending the light of stars that travels near those masses as the light makes its way to Earth. This is why stars appear to shift around the perimeter of the sun as observed during a total eclipse.
So the key to traveling faster than the speed of light is found in bending space, not accelerating in standard space. You can never accelerate to the speed of light in standard space, because there isn’t enough energy in the universe to achieve that goal. But you can, if you have the tech, bend space itself by projecting strong gravity fields that distort spacetime. An entire ship can then be propelled to speeds in excess of 1000 times the speed of light by traversing this space distortion, which can be projected as a spheric bubble around a spacecraft.
Projecting gravity fields, as you might suspect, requires enormous amounts of energy. The kind of energy that would have to be harvested from entire stars.

I actually covered much of this in yesterday’s feature article which explains why Flat Earthers don’t understand gravity. From that article:
This isn’t science fiction, by the way. It’s a serious subject that’s being studied by serious scientists connected with NASA as a form of future space flight. It turns out you actually can travel faster than light by bending space using antimatter, which means you aren’t violating the absolute speed limit of light, even as you are moving from point A to point B at a velocity that would appear to be faster than light to a stationary observer.
This is the subject of study of a NASA-linked project called “Project Eagleworks,” and here’s a video of Harold “Sonny” White from Eagleworks laboratories, explaining his ongoing research into this exotic “advanced propulsion” technology:
As I mention on OblivionAgenda.com, alien spacecraft can appear to “teleport” by applying a 100 x C (100 times the speed of light) spacetime warp bubble for one microsecond (one millionth of a second), which would propel a craft 30 km faster than the blink of a human eye. Importantly, the occupants of the craft would feel nothing.
Harold White is the same scientist, by the way, who has calculated that warp bubbles which achieve 10 x C (ten times the speed of light) could be achieved using the energy found in 200 kg of antimatter fuel. See his research summary document here, which explains:
Additionally, the lab is implementing a warp field interferometer that will be able to measure spacetime disturbances down to 150nm. Recent work published by White [1] [2] [3] suggests that it may be possible to engineer spacetime creating conditions similar to what drives the expansion of the cosmos. Although the expected magnitude of the effect would be tiny, it may be a “Chicago pile” moment for this area of physics.
Similarly, the Tauri Group is working with NASA and says antimatter propulsion systems may only be 50 – 60 years away.
There are many fascinating areas of research to consider in all this, and I’ve lectured about many of them at OblivionAgenda.com. For example, I’ve proposed that gravity wave detectors could be placed on the moon and used to detect visitations from alien craft which are using projected warp bubbles, since any disturbance in the gravity warping of spacetime ripples out at the speed of light and can be detected by ordinary sensors. This is how Earth can easily detect when non-Earth civilizations are using warp bubble drives anywhere near our solar system. (My guess is that NASA already has these sensors on the moon and is already well aware of all this.)
Additionally, I’ve proposed ideas on harvesting pulsars and magnetars to produce antimatter fuel which would be necessary to power warp bubble projection systems. This also explains the economics of the cosmos and why pulsars and similar collapsed stars are so valuable as the “cosmic oil wells” for intragalactic travel.
Why alien civilizations need to consume entire stars to power their cosmic conquest

Notice that in the passage above, I was talking about “star eater” operations, where entire stars (pulsars, magnetars, etc.) are consumed in the production of antimatter fuel to power spacecraft at speeds vastly exceeding the speed of light.
Here’s the slide from my presentation that talks about intergalactic travel and why the vast distances are so great that even traveling at 1000 times the speed of light would take 25 years just to reach the nearest neighbor galaxy:

This is why traveling from one galaxy to another in any practical way would require travel speeds of 10,000 or even 100,000 times the speed of light. Projecting such strong gravity distortions would require the energy of entire stars, perhaps requiring one star to be consumed for a single trip to a neighboring galaxy at 100,000 times the speed of light.
This may explain why the stars are vanishing at an alarming rate. In fact, it’s the best explanation for why stars are vanishing from the night sky. Alien civilizations are literally consuming them as energy sources, or what I call “cosmic oil wells” in my Oblivion Agenda presentation.
Antimatter fuel and how it’s created

One of the subjects I cover in my lecture is how antimatter fuel is created. This exotic substance has already been created on Earth. Scientific American explains antimatter at this link.
Antimatter is spontaneously generated in storm clouds in the atmosphere, by the way. Positrons (positively-charged electrons, which are one form of antimatter) can also originate with the decay of potassium-40, which is found inside our own bodies. (Yes, your body is generating very small amounts of antimatter, too.)
When synthesizing antimatter — and this is crucial to understand — it currently requires 1 billion times more energy to make antimatter than can be released by it, using Earth technology. Imagine charging a battery, but having to expend one billion times more watts of power than the battery can ever release. That’s the inefficiency currently found in antimatter generation. If alien civilizations can improve the efficiency of this process by a million times, it would still require one thousand times more energy to make antimatter than is released by it.
In other words, synthesizing antimatter requires enormous amounts of energy — the scale of energy that must be harvested from stars.

Once this antimatter is created, it can be physically stored in “fuel cells” which are transported and distributed to the spacecraft that consume them to project gravity fields that distort spacetime (and thereby achieved FTL travel).
The amount of energy required to distort spacetime is not linear

Now, a person who doesn’t understand the nature of reality might think that distorting spacetime by a factor of 100 would require only ten times more energy than distorting spacetime by a factor of 10. However, the energy expenditures are not linear.
Although we don’t yet know the exact shape of the energy expenditure curve, I’m going to take an educated guess and propose that the amount of energy required to distort spacetime has a squared relationship with the severity of the distortion. In other words, distorting the spacetime field by a factor of 100 would require 100 times the energy as distorting it by a factor of 10. That’s because 10 squared is 100.
And if you needed to travel at 1000 times the speed of light, that would require ten thousand times more energy than traveling at 10 times the speed of light.

This energy must be constantly expended for the full duration of the journey in order to maintain the gravity distortion around the ship. The moment the energy expenditure stops, the “shape” of spacetime collapses back to normal space, and your travel speed collapses back to normal velocities.
This same relationship, by the way, is found throughout physics, such as the inverse square rule of radiation exposure vs. distance from the source. Nature loves squared relationships.
This should not be an odd idea, given that even here on Earth, flying airplanes at very fast speeds — such as supersonic speeds — requires far more energy than flying at subsonic speeds. In fact, the current speeds achieved by commercial airliners such as Boeing jets is determined entirely by fuel efficiency, not maximum achievable speeds. Yes, engineers at Boeing can build planes that fly at Mach 2, for example, but the fuel expenditures are more than ten times greater than the fuel expended at 450 mph, which is roughly the current commercial air travel speed used across the industry.
If you want to go fast, in other words, it’s going to cost you dearly. And the same is true on a cosmic scale, too. Traveling at just the speed of light itself, by the way, is no doubt considered “slow” by cosmic travel standards. Even 100 times the speed of light is painstakingly slow, given the extreme distances between stars even in our own galaxy. Don’t forget that Earth is 27,000 light years away from the center of our own galaxy. That’s 270 years in a spacecraft if you’re traveling at 100 times the speed of light, and you haven’t even left your home galaxy yet.


Stars are fuel stations for any civilization willing to destroy them along its path of travel

Advanced alien civilizations could travel at perhaps 1000 or 10,000 times the speed of light as long as they could consume stars along the way, transforming entire stars into antimatter energy to power their warp bubble drives (gravity projection systems).
Naturally, this also means destroying the entire local star system in the process, causing orbiting planets to descend into freezing cold lifelessness.
But think about it: If humans had the ability to turn entire stars into energy, do you really think any sense of morality or ethics would stop humanity from destroying anything in its path of conquest and riches? Human greed tells you everything you need to know about this issue. Conquering alien civilizations have zero respect for other life forms, and they will destroy anything required to achieve their goals of territory expansion and resource capture.
What, did you think greed was only limited to humans? Just thank God humanity hasn’t yet figured out how to eat stars, or we might just eat our own in order to prop of the stock price of the latest Elon Musk delusion.

The upshot of all this is that we now have physical evidence that aliens are consuming entire stars in our own galaxy. Of course, the establishment astrophysics community is forced to downplay any possibility of little green men. Via CNET:
“But we are clear that none of these events have shown any direct signs of being ETI,” says co-author Martin López Corredoira in a statement. “We believe that they are natural, if somewhat extreme, astrophysical sources.”
In other words, Corredoira is saying that stars are vanishing for reasons that astrophysicists can’t yet explain. Yet we already have an explanation that makes perfect sense: They’re being harvested as energy sources by alien civilizations that are using the energy to power FTL travel as part of their conquest, colonization and strategic dominance of the real estate of our galaxy.
Given the average lifetime of a star — billions of years — it is statistically impossible for 100 prominent stars to vanish from our night sky in just 50 years. And those are merely the stars they’ve noticed. At this rate, we’re talking about 2 stars per Earth year, and the real number is likely much higher… perhaps 20 stars per year.

The main players of the FBI’s 2016 spy operation against President Trump are scrambling to push a counter-narrative portraying themselves as victims of Trump’s ire ahead of their possible criminal prosecutions, according to Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
“They’re trying to set a narrative to counter the possible criminal prosecutions for their illicit targeting of President Trump and his team,” Fitton said on Lou Dobbs Tonight Monday.
Former FBI agent Peter Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, and former FBI Director James Comey have all hit back against Trump with scathing op-eds and lawsuits following the DOJ Inspector General’s release of his damning FISA report proving the FBI engaged in wrongdoing to spy on Trump.
“Strzok complaining about privacy is especially rich given that he’s alleged to have orchestrated an illegal spying campaign on Trump World — violating the privacy rights of those individuals targeted, and the civil rights of the President of the United States,” Fitton said.

“But these guys are potentially facing criminal prosecution and so they’re trying to put out a counter-narrative that they’ve been victimized as opposed to being the victimizers of President Trump and other innocent Americans.”
Fitton went on to say that the FBI is still protecting Strzok and others by “slow-rolling” important documents for a 2021 release.
“And Strzok especially has been protected, ironically, by the FBI,” Fitton said. “We’re asking for documents under a FOIA lawsuit, and the FBI has been slow-rolling the release of documents and don’t want to give them all to us until at least the year 2021.”
“So Strzok’s been protected by this gang, Comey’s been protected by this gang. And complaining about Trump tweets is just so weak compared to the fact that these guys have been protected,” he added.

A leaked U.S. Army document prepared for the Department of Defense contains shocking plans for “political activists” to be pacified by “PSYOP officers” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.​

The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online.
The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.
The document makes it clear that the policies apply “within U.S. territory” and involve, “DOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities,” including “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.”
The manual states, “These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,” and adds that “The authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,” would require a “special exception” to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via “the President invoking his executive authority.” The document also makes reference to identifying detainees using their “social security number.”
Aside from enemy combatants and other classifications of detainees, the manual includes the designation of “civilian internees,” in other words citizens who are detained for, “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”
Once the detainees have been processed into the internment camp, the manual explains how they will be “indoctrinated,” with a particular focus on targeting political dissidents, into expressing support for U.S. policies.
The re-education process is the responsibility of the “Psychological Operations Officer,” whose job it is to design “PSYOP products that are designed to pacify and acclimate detainees or DCs to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations,” according to the document.
The manual lists the following roles that are designated to the “PSYOP team”.​

– Identifies malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.
– Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes.
– Identifies political activists.
– Provides loudspeaker support (such as administrative announcements and facility instructions when necessary).
– Helps the military police commander control detainee and DC populations during emergencies.
– Plans and executes a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.​

Remember, this is not restricted to insurgents in Iraq who are detained in prison camps – the manual makes it clear that the policies also apply “within U.S. territory” under the auspices of the DHS and FEMA. The document adds that, “Resettlement operations may require large groups of civilians to be quartered temporarily (less than 6 months) or semipermanently (more than 6 months).”​

The historical significance of states using internment camps to re-educate detainees centers around the fact that it is almost exclusively practiced by repressive and dictatorial regimes like the former Soviet Union and Stalinist regimes like modern day North Korea.
We have exhaustively documented preparations for the mass internment of citizens inside America, but this is the first time that language concerning the re-education of detainees, in particular political activists, has cropped up in our research.
In 2009, the National Guard posted a number of job opportunities looking for “Internment/Resettlement Specialists” to work in “civilian internee camps” within the United States.
In December last year it was also revealed that Halliburton subsidiary KBR is seeking sub-contractors to staff and outfit “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States.
In 2006, KBR was contracted by Homeland Security to build detention centers designed to deal with “an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S,” or the rapid development of unspecified “new programs” that would require large numbers of people to be interned.
Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services.
During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”
Under the indefinite detention provision of the National Defense Authorization Act, which was signed by Barack Obama on New Year’s Eve, American citizens can be kidnapped and detained indefinitely without trial.​

New York UN Office Recruits Paramilitary Troops for ‘Disarmament’ & ‘Reintegration’ of US Civilians

The United Nations is now accepting job applications in New York City, New York for Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration officers to “contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments.”
The job listing was posted to the U.N. careers homepage on Dec. 26, and notes that “female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position” because “the United Nations Secretariat is committed to achieving 50/50 gender balance in its staff.”
UN DDR forces operate under the intergovernmental organization’s Department of Peace Operations to “assist” the Member States, including the United States, in a boots on the ground capacity.

The job listing describes the UN’s core values as “Integrity, Professionalism, [and] Respect for Diversity.”
Applicants eager to conduct DDR “field missions” are required to have “seven years of relevant experience in disarmament affairs, political analysis or in national military or paramilitary service” and an “advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in disarmament affairs, military studies, political affairs, economics, international relations, or a related field.”
The UN describes the Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration protocol as “a complex process, with political, military, security, humanitarian and socio-economic dimensions.”
Key components of DDR as defined by the UN include disarming the civilian population and “the development of responsible arms management programmes” and the implementation of mass detainment camps:
Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons of combatants and often also of the civilian population. Disarmament also includes the development of responsible arms management programmes.
Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active combatants from armed forces or other armed groups. The first stage of demobilization may extend from the processing of individual combatants in temporary centres to the massing of troops in camps designated for this purpose (cantonment sites, encampments, assembly areas or barracks). The second stage of demobilization encompasses the support package provided to the demobilized, which is called reinsertion.
Reinsertion* is the assistance offered to ex-combatants during demobilization but prior to the longer-term process of reintegration. Reinsertion is a form of transitional assistance to help cover the basic needs of ex-combatants and their families and can include transitional safety allowances, food, clothes, shelter, medical services, short-term education, training, employment and tools. While reintegration is a long-term, continuous social and economic process of development, reinsertion is short-term material and/or financial assistance to meet immediate needs, and can last up to one year.
Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian status and gain sustainable employment and income. Reintegration is essentially a social and economic process with an open time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level. It is part of the general development of a country and a national responsibility, and often necessitates long-term external assistance.
The UN website notes that “it is important to break outside of the traditional view of DDR participants as only being adult males carrying weapons, and remember that DDR participants and beneficiaries may fit all types of profiles including female ex-combatants and women associated with armed forces and groups, children, youth, the elderly and persons living with disabilities.”
UN hopefuls hoping to work in New York and “contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments” can submit their applications to become DDR officers December 2019 through February 2020.

Chinese State Media: ‘Gun Ownership Out of Control in U.S.’

China’s state-run Global Times on Monday used the weekend’s shootings to argue that gun ownership is “out of control” in the United States and mass shootings are “shocking in a U.S. allegedly governed by law.”
That curious phrasing — criminals by definition do not obey laws, so their existence does not prove a nation is lawless — belied China’s desire to use mass shootings as a way of slapping back at Americans who criticize Beijing for such horrors as the persecution of the Uyghur Muslims and the erosion of Hong Kong’s autonomy. The authoritarian Chinese Communist Party (CCP) calls every nation with more freedom “lawless” to justify China’s heavy censorship, politicized justice system, and ruthless suppression of dissent.
For obvious reasons, the CCP has serious problems with the private ownership of firearms, so it attacked America’s Second Amendment with gusto in the Global Times:

The right to bear arms is enshrined by the US Constitution. No official statistics are on record counting how many guns there are among the US people, but the number is generally estimated to be hundreds of millions. Who own these guns? Are certain people prepared to use them as murder weapons? These issues have not been tracked or supervised effectively. Various criminal motives exist in American society. From the perspective of gun murders, the US is beset with crises.
Private gun ownership is a tradition from the early days at the founding of the US. In a modern society, the problems created by this tradition have already exceeded the benefits. Crime is one of the increasingly prominent modern diseases in several societies in the 21st century, and the spread of guns enables crime to unleash greater killing energy.
American society has already seen serious problems caused by the private ownership of guns, but their massive number has contributed to an enormous inertia. Many interest groups have benefited from it and some ordinary people have truly gained a sense of safety. To change this habit which has lasted hundreds of years, tremendous political courage and a rearrangement of interests is required.

The Chinese paper called it a “fact” that the U.S. cannot handle guns and bemoaned the victims of crime as “helpless” because they can’t demand stricter gun control laws. “Everyone must accept the risk that a shooting may occur at any time anywhere,” the Global Times asserted.
“The US acts as the world’s guard but turns a blind eye to its own human rights defects. People are forced to get used to a US where both modern and barbarous elements entangle in a weird way,” the editorial concluded, coming back around to the point of the exercise, namely the CCP’s contention that Westerners who criticize its appalling human rights record are hypocrites.
As usual, Chinese state media demonstrated its familiarity with the arguments of the American Left in its latest gun control broadside, from muttering about “interest groups” that benefit from private gun ownership to claiming that gun rights advocates think mass shootings are “the price a democratic country must pay and should not be viewed as a serious governance flaw.”
Left unmentioned is that China is no stranger to violent crime, despite all its praise for authoritarian power — it just puts considerable effort into burying crime reports to make itself appear more placid. China even has school massacres, the most recent of which occurred in September.

How China's taking over Africa, and why the West should be VERY worried

On June 5, 1873, in a letter to The Times, Sir Francis Galton, the cousin of Charles Darwin and a distinguished African explorer in his own right, outlined a daring (if by today's standards utterly offensive) new method to 'tame' and colonise what was then known as the Dark Continent.
'My proposal is to make the encouragement of Chinese settlements of Africa a part of our national policy, in the belief that the Chinese immigrants would not only maintain their position, but that they would multiply and their descendants supplant the inferior Negro race,' wrote Galton.
'I should expect that the African seaboard, now sparsely occupied by lazy, palavering savages, might in a few years be tenanted by industrious, order-loving Chinese, living either as a semidetached dependency of China, or else in perfect freedom under their own law.'

Despite an outcry in Parliament and heated debate in the august salons of the Royal Geographic Society, Galton insisted that 'the history of the world tells the tale of the continual displacement of populations, each by a worthier successor, and humanity gains thereby'.
A controversial figure, Galton was also the pioneer of eugenics, the theory that was used by Hitler to try to fulfil his mad dreams of a German Master Race.
Eventually, Galton's grand resettlement plans fizzled out because there were much more exciting things going on in Africa.
But that was more than 100 years ago, and with legendary explorers such as Livingstone, Speke and Burton still battling to find the source of the Nile - and new discoveries of exotic species of birds and animals featuring regularly on newspaper front pages - vast swathes of the continent had not even been 'discovered'.
Yet Sir Francis Galton, it now appears, was ahead of his time. His vision is coming true - if not in the way he imagined. An astonishing invasion of Africa is now under way.
In the greatest movement of people the world has ever seen, China is secretly working to turn the entire continent into a new colony.
Reminiscent of the West's imperial push in the 18th and 19th centuries - but on a much more dramatic, determined scale - China's rulers believe Africa can become a 'satellite' state, solving its own problems of over-population and shortage of natural resources at a stroke.
With little fanfare, a staggering 750,000 Chinese have settled in Africa over the past decade. More are on the way.
The strategy has been carefully devised by officials in Beijing, where one expert has estimated that China will eventually need to send 300 million people to Africa to solve the problems of over-population and pollution.
The plans appear on track. Across Africa, the red flag of China is flying. Lucrative deals are being struck to buy its commodities - oil, platinum, gold and minerals. New embassies and air routes are opening up. The continent's new Chinese elite can be seen everywhere, shopping at their own expensive boutiques, driving Mercedes and BMW limousines, sending their children to exclusive private schools.
The pot-holed roads are cluttered with Chinese buses, taking people to markets filled with cheap Chinese goods. More than a thousand miles of new Chinese railroads are crisscrossing the continent, carrying billions of tons of illegally-logged timber, diamonds and gold.

New horizons? Mugabe has said: 'We must turn from the West and face the East'

The trains are linked to ports dotted around the coast, waiting to carry the goods back to Beijing after unloading cargoes of cheap toys made in China.
Confucius Institutes (state-funded Chinese 'cultural centres') have sprung up throughout Africa, as far afield as the tiny land-locked countries of Burundi and Rwanda, teaching baffled local people how to do business in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Massive dams are being built, flooding nature reserves. The land is scarred with giant Chinese mines, with 'slave' labourers paid less than £1 a day to extract ore and minerals.
Pristine forests are being destroyed, with China taking up to 70 per cent of all timber from Africa.
All over this great continent, the Chinese presence is swelling into a flood. Angola has its own 'Chinatown', as do great African cities such as Dar es Salaam and Nairobi.
Exclusive, gated compounds, serving only Chinese food, and where no blacks are allowed, are being built all over the continent. 'African cloths' sold in markets on the continent are now almost always imported, bearing the legend: 'Made in China'.
From Nigeria in the north, to Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Angola in the west, across Chad and Sudan in the east, and south through Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique, China has seized a vice-like grip on a continent which officials have decided is crucial to the superpower's long-term survival.
'The Chinese are all over the place,' says Trevor Ncube, a prominent African businessman with publishing interests around the continent. 'If the British were our masters yesterday, the Chinese have taken their place.'
Likened to one race deciding to adopt a new home on another planet, Beijing has launched its so-called 'One China In Africa' policy because of crippling pressure on its own natural resources in a country where the population has almost trebled from 500 million to 1.3 billion in 50 years.
China is hungry - for land, food and energy. While accounting for a fifth of the world's population, its oil consumption has risen 35-fold in the past decade and Africa is now providing a third of it; imports of steel, copper and aluminium have also shot up, with Beijing devouring 80 per cent of world supplies.

Fuelling its own boom at home, China is also desperate for new markets to sell goods. And Africa, with non-existent health and safety rules to protect against shoddy and dangerous goods, is the perfect destination.
The result of China's demand for raw materials and its sales of products to Africa is that turnover in trade between Africa and China has risen from £5million annually a decade ago to £6billion today.
However, there is a lethal price to pay. There is a sinister aspect to this invasion. Chinese-made war planes roar through the African sky, bombing opponents. Chinese-made assault rifles and grenades are being used to fuel countless murderous civil wars, often over the materials the Chinese are desperate to buy.
Take, for example, Zimbabwe. Recently, a giant container ship from China was due to deliver its cargo of three million rounds of AK-47 ammunition, 3,000 rocket-propelled grenades and 1,500 mortars to President Robert Mugabe's regime.
After an international outcry, the vessel, the An Yue Jiang, was forced to return to China, despite Beijing's insistence that the arms consignment was a 'normal commercial deal'.
Indeed, the 77-ton arms shipment would have been small beer - a fraction of China's help to Mugabe. He already has high-tech, Chinese-built helicopter gunships and fighter jets to use against his people.
Ever since the U.S. and Britain imposed sanctions in 2003, Mugabe has courted the Chinese, offering mining concessions for arms and currency.
While flying regularly to Beijing as a high-ranking guest, the 84-year-old dictator rants at 'small dots' such as Britain and America.
He can afford to. Mugabe is orchestrating his campaign of terror from a 25-bedroom, pagoda-style mansion built by the Chinese. Much of his estimated £1billion fortune is believed to have been siphoned off from Chinese 'loans'.
The imposing grey building of ZANU-PF, his ruling party, was paid for and built by the Chinese. Mugabe received £200 million last year alone from China, enabling him to buy loyalty from the army.
In another disturbing illustration of the warm relations between China and the ageing dictator, a platoon of the China People's Liberation Army has been out on the streets of Mutare, a city near the border with Mozambique, which voted against the president in the recent, disputed election.
Almost 30 years ago, Britain pulled out of Zimbabwe - as it had done already out of the rest of Africa, in the wake of Harold Macmillan's 'wind of change' speech. Today, Mugabe says: 'We have turned East, where the sun rises, and given our backs to the West, where the sun sets.'

Despite Britain's commendable colonial legacy of a network of roads, railways and schools, the British are now being shunned.
According to one veteran diplomat: 'China is easier to do business with because it doesn't care about human rights in Africa - just as it doesn't care about them in its own country. All the Chinese care about is money.'
Nowhere is that more true than Sudan. Branded 'Africa's Killing Fields', the massive oil-rich East African state is in the throes of the genocide and slaughter of hundreds of thousands of black, non-Arab peasants in southern Sudan.
In effect, through its supplies of arms and support, China has been accused of underwriting a humanitarian scandal. The atrocities in Sudan have been described by the U.S. as 'the worst human rights crisis in the world today'.

Mugabe has received hundreds of millions of pounds from Chinese sources
The government in Khartoum has helped the feared Janjaweed militia to rape, murder and burn to death more than 350,000 people.
The Chinese - who now buy half of all Sudan's oil - have happily provided armoured vehicles, aircraft and millions of bullets and grenades in return for lucrative deals. Indeed, an estimated £1billion of Chinese cash has been spent on weapons.
According to Human Rights First, a leading human rights advocacy organisation, Chinese-made AK-47 assault rifles, grenade launchers and ammunition for rifles and heavy machine guns are continuing to flow into Darfur, which is dotted with giant refugee camps, each containing hundreds of thousands of people.
Between 2003 and 2006, China sold Sudan $55 million worth of small arms, flouting a United Nations weapons embargo.
With new warnings that the cycle of killing is intensifying, an estimated two thirds of the non-Arab population has lost at least one member of their families in Darfur.
Although two million people have been uprooted from their homes in the conflict, China has repeatedly thwarted United Nations denunciations of the Sudanese regime.
While the Sudanese slaughter has attracted worldwide condemnation, prompting Hollywood film-maker Steven Spielberg to quit as artistic director of the Beijing Olympics, few parts of Africa are now untouched by China.
In Congo, more than £2billion has been 'loaned' to the government. In Angola, £3 billion has been paid in exchange for oil. In Nigeria, more than £5billion has been handed over.
In Equatorial Guinea, where the president publicly hung his predecessor from a cage suspended in a theatre before having him shot, Chinese firms are helping the dictator build an entirely new capital, full of gleaming skyscrapers and, of course, Chinese restaurants.
After battling for years against the white colonial powers of Britain, France, Belgium and Germany, post-independence African leaders are happy to do business with China for a straightforward reason: cash.
With western loans linked to an insistence on democratic reforms and the need for 'transparency' in using the money (diplomatic language for rules to ensure dictators do not pocket millions), the Chinese have proved much more relaxed about what their billions are used for.
Certainly, little of it reaches the continent's impoverished 800 million people. Much of it goes straight into the pockets of dictators. In Africa, corruption is a multi-billion pound industry and many experts believe that China is fuelling the cancer.


The Chinese are contemptuous of such criticism. To them, Africa is about pragmatism, not human rights. 'Business is business,' says Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Zhou Wenzhong, adding that Beijing should not interfere in 'internal' affairs. 'We try to separate politics from business.'
While the bounty has, not surprisingly, been welcomed by African dictators, the people of Africa are less impressed. At a market in Zimbabwe recently, where Chinese goods were on sale at nearly every stall, one woman told me she would not waste her money on 'Zing-Zong' products.
'They go Zing when they work, and then they quickly go Zong and break,' she said. 'They are a waste of money. But there's nothing else. China is the only country that will do business with us.'
There have also been riots in Zambia, Angola and Congo over the flood of Chinese immigrant workers. The Chinese do not use African labour where possible, saying black Africans are lazy and unskilled.
In Angola, the government has agreed that 70 per cent of tendered public works must go to Chinese firms, most of which do not employ Angolans.
As well as enticing hundreds of thousands to settle in Africa, they have even shipped Chinese prisoners to produce the goods cheaply.
In Kenya, for example, only ten textile factories are still producing, compared with 200 factories five years ago, as China undercuts locals in the production of 'African' souvenirs.
Where will it all end? As far as Beijing is concerned, it will stop only when Africa no longer has any minerals or oil to be extracted from the continent.
A century after Sir Francis Galton outlined his vision for Africa, the Chinese are here to stay. More will come.
The people of this bewitching, beautiful continent, where humankind first emerged from the Great Rift Valley, desperately need progress. The Chinese are not here for that.
They are here for plunder. After centuries of pain and war, Africa deserves better.

ADVERSE REACTIONSThe following adverse reactions are listed in decreasing order of severity, without regard to causality, within each body system category and have been reported during clinical trials, with use of the marketed vaccine, or with use of monovalent or bivalent vaccine containing measles, mumps, or rubella:

Musculoskeletal SystemArthritis; arthralgia; myalgia.Arthralgia and/or arthritis (usually transient and rarely chronic), and polyneuritis are features of infection with wild-type rubella and vary in frequency and severity with age and sex, being greatest in adult females and least in prepubertal children. This type of involvement as well as myalgia and paresthesia, have also been reported following administration of MERUVAXII.Chronic arthritis has been associated with wild-type rubella infection and has been related to persistent virus and/or viral antigen isolated from body tissues. Only rarely have vaccine recipients developed chronic joint symptoms.Following vaccination in children, reactions in joints are uncommon and generally of brief duration. In women, incidence rates for arthritis and arthralgia are generally higher than those seen in children (children: 0-3%; women: 12-26%),{17,56,57} and the reactions tend to be more marked and of longer duration. Symptoms may persist for a matter of months or on rare occasions for years. In adolescent girls, the reactions appear to be intermediate in incidence between those seen in children and in adult women. Even in women older than 35 years, these reactions are generally well tolerated and rarely interfere with normal activities.



Nervous SystemEncephalitis; encephalopathy; measles inclusion body encephalitis (MIBE) (see CONTRAINDICATIONS); subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE); Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS); acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM); transverse myelitis; febrile convulsions; afebrile convulsions or seizures; ataxia; polyneuritis; polyneuropathy; ocular palsies; paresthesia.Encephalitis and encephalopathy have been reported approximately once for every 3 million doses of M-M-R II or measles-, mumps-, and rubella-containing vaccine administered since licensure of these vaccines.The risk of serious neurological disorders following live measles virus vaccine administration remains less than the risk of encephalitis and encephalopathy following infection with wild-type measles (1 per 1000 reported cases).{58,59}In severely immunocompromised individuals who have been inadvertently vaccinated with measles-containing vaccine; measles inclusion body encephalitis, pneumonitis, and fatal outcome as a direct consequence of disseminated measles vaccine virus infection have been reported (see CONTRAINDICATIONS). In this population, disseminated mumps and rubella vaccine virus infection havealso been reported.There have been reports of subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) in children who did not have a history of infection with wild-type measles but did receive measles vaccine. Some of these cases may have resulted from unrecognized measles in the first year of life or possibly from the measles vaccination. Based on estimated nationwide measles vaccine distribution, the association of SSPE cases to measles vaccination is about one case per million vaccine doses distributed. This is far less than the association with infection with wild-type measles, 6-22 cases of SSPE per million cases of measles. The results of a retrospective case-controlled study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggest that the overall effect of measles vaccine has been to protect against SSPE by preventing measles with its inherent higher risk of SSPE.{60}Cases of aseptic meningitis have been reported to VAERS following measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination. No deaths or permanent sequelae were reported in a published post-marketing surveillance study in Finland involving 1.5 million children and adults who were vaccinated with M-M-RIIduring 1982to 1993.{61}Under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, health-care providers and manufacturers are required to record and report certain suspected adverse events occurring within specific time periods after vaccination. Alex Jones just talked about that Associated Press article and said it wasn't exactly true because there are several smaller numbers which add up to that, and the money is only something he MAY have to pay down the road.
