Alex himself has admitted to lying about pizzagate, as well as Sandy Hook. Nobody will talk about the milkshake victims of last spring.

Why did the Republican Party and Alex abandon the milkshake victims in their time of need? Almost like they are trying to cover up all their pain and suffering?

Pretty amazing to watch the effects of brainwashing over a long period of time (since we’ve been forced to either swallow it or get wise to it) - the lies spread out and seal the edges between them and adjacent fairytales and with repetition the seams get worn smooth and the whole thing becomes extra slick: no place for a seed of thought to take root, nothing to stick to. It allows (requires?) the ‘washed to slide effortlessly from rationalization to justification to predetermined conclusion without even a NANOwatt of brainpower.

The deep hum seems to be ‘repeating the story will make you free’, because of course periodic rewashing and repolishing is involved - along with regrinding of the teeth.

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency has reversed course on plans to submit Americans to compulsory biometric scans at airports across the country, following a wave of intense pushback to the privacy-eroding proposal.
“There are no current plans to require US citizens to provide photographs upon entry and exit from the United States,” a CBP spokesperson said in a statement on Thursday.
“CBP intends to have the planned regulatory action regarding US citizens removed from the unified agenda next time it is published.”

While Americans currently have the option to decline facial recognition scans when traveling through airports, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced plans earlier this week to kill that exemption, forcing all travelers, foreigners and US citizens alike, to be photographed.

The idea was roundly condemned by privacy advocates after it was first reported – including the ACLU, which voiced “profound privacy concerns” – but added pressure by lawmakers may have dealt a death blow to the proposal. In its statement, the CBP acknowledged it only scrapped the plan after “consultation with Congress and privacy experts.”
Leading the congressional opposition was Senator Ed Markey (D-MA), a longtime critic of federal agencies’ use of facial recognition technology, who slammed the proposal as “disturbing government coercion.” He celebrated the reversal on social media.
“Thanks to our pressure, DHS is reversing course and NOT moving forward with its dystopian facial recognition proposal at US airports,” Markey said in a tweet, adding “we cannot take our right to privacy for granted.” Going forward, Markey also said he intends to bring legislation that would “ban this kind of surveillance” outright.
The Democrat-controlled House Homeland Security Committee, which oversees the DHS and its sub-agency the CBP, also appeared to favor the move.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) has been another vocal opponent of the government’s use of biometrics, discussing new bipartisan legislation “designed to protect your privacy from unwarranted facial-recognition surveillance” in an address to the Brookings Institution on Thursday.

Other lawmakers across the aisle have expressed similar concerns, with Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) noting earlier this year that his office was working with top Democrats to draft “the right kind of legislation” to reign in the technology. Jordan is a ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, which itself has led some of the resistance to federal face scans.
Privacy concerns over facial recognition scans are not merely theoretical.
Earlier this year, US border officials were forced to admit that photos of some 100,000 travelers had been hacked in a “malicious cyber attack” on a government contractor.
While the DHS is currently set to install biometric scanners at 20 of America’s largest airports by 2021, it’s not clear the agency has a firm handle on keeping the troves of data secure.
Nonetheless, by 2022, the DHS says it expects to have biometric information on over 250 million people stored in its database.

Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg has announced a radical anti-Second Amendment program, calling for outright bans and a requirement for every gun buyer to obtain a permit.
Appearing in Aurora, Colorado Thursday, the location of the 2012 movie theatre shooting, Bloomberg vowed to put an end to a “nationwide madness” where firearms are concerned.
“I’m just getting started,” Bloomberg declared, adding that “As president, I will work to end the gun violence epidemic once and for all.”
“I promise you I will never back down from this fight,” he said. “That’s the kind of president this country needs and you deserve.”
Bloomberg went on to outline a gun control plan that includes every proposal that has ever been attempted, and has failed.
These include proposals to:

— Reinstate the federal ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
— Require every gun buyer to obtain a permit before making a purchase.
— Require point-of-sale background checks on all gun purchases while closing the gun show loophole.
— Institute a new age limit of 21 for those wishing to buy handguns, semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.
— Require a mandatory 48-hour waiting period for all gun purchases.
— Institute a federal “red flag” law to deny permits to “troubled people who pose a danger to themselves or others.”
— Institute a temporary ban on gun possession for those convicted of assault or other violent misdemeanors.
— Ban all guns in K-12 schools, colleges, and universities, except for law enforcement.
— Reverse the law that gives gun makers and gun dealers immunity from lawsuits.
— Create the position of White House gun coordinator “to mobilize the public to fight gun violence and launch an inter-agency hub to fight gun violence.”

“My agenda is not some johnny-come-lately list of borrowed ideas,“ Bloomberg claimed, adding “This is part of my life‘s work, and I‘m just telling you I will get this done whether I get elected or not.“
Addressing the proposal for permit requirement, Bloomberg attempted to conflate the idea with voting rights.
“Now I know critics will say that Americans shouldn’t need a permit to exercise their constitutional rights. But voting is a constitutional right, and we require people to register to protect the rights of all citizens, and this exactly the same idea,” he argued, “because a criminal with a gun can destroy our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Critics argue that Bloomberg is redefining the notion of inalienable rights and misconstruing the US Constitution to frame his agenda.
Second Amendment activists also argue that the ‘red flag’ laws Bloomberg is proposing are unconstitutional and would allow the government to confiscate an American’s firearms without due process.
Bloomberg, who is surrounded by armed security 24/7, has previously made many ignorant comments regarding firearm ownership.
Bloomberg will also have a tall task on his hands if by some fluke he is elected. Newly released figures from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives shows that there are now a whopping 422.9 million guns in the hands of Americans. The number equates to 1.2 guns for every person in the country.
The figures also show that in 2018, 8.1 billion rounds of ammunition were produced by the gun industry.
The figures also reveal that the most popular firearm in the country is the much maligned sporting rifle, often mis-identified as an “assault rifle”, the AR-15 being one of the more popular models.
The findings highlight that there are now 17.7 million of them in private hands, a record high, and more than half (54%) of all rifles produced in 2017 were modern sporting rifles.
The ATF figures also reveal that firearms-ammunition manufacturing accounted for nearly 12,000 jobs in the US, creating over $4.1 billion in goods shipped in 2017.
With a near record high of gun sales on Black Friday last week, Americans are sending a clear message in exercising their Second Amendment rights.

Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad asset who was used by Israeli intelligence to blackmail American politicians, according to a former Israeli spy.
Ari Ben-Menashe, a former Israeli spy and alleged “handler” of Robert Maxwell, told the authors of a new book, Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales, that Epstein ran a “complex intelligence operation” at the behest of Mossad.
Believing that Epstein planned to marry his daughter, Maxwell introduced him and Ghislaine Maxwell to Ben-Menashe’s Mossad circle.

“Maxwell sort of started liking him, and my theory is that Maxwell felt that this guy is going for his daughter,” Ben-Menashe said. “He felt that he could bless him with some work and help him out in like a paternal [way].”
Israeli intelligence bosses gave the green light and Epstein then became a Mossad asset.
“They were agents of the Israeli Intelligence Services,” said Ben-Menashe.
When it became clear that Epstein wasn’t very competent at doing much else, his primary role became “blackmailing American and other political figures.”
“Mr. Epstein was the simple idiot who was going around providing girls to all kinds of politicians in the United States,” said Ben-Menashe. “See, fucking around is not a crime. It could be embarrassing, but it’s not a crime. But fucking a fourteen-year-old girl is a crime. And he was taking photos of politicians fucking fourteen-year-old girls — if you want to get it straight. They would just blackmail people, they would just blackmail people like that.”
There’s also a Mossad connection to a different kind of sex offender; Harvey Weinstein.
Weinstein reportedly hired ex-Mossad agents to suppress allegations against him. Working for an Israeli firm called Black Cube, these agents pressured witnesses and tried to intimidate journalist Ronan Farrow in order to “bury the truth” about Weinstein’s activity.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office has stated in a Facebook post that a suspected gunman was killed following an active shooter situation at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida.
The shooting comes just two days after a gunman killed two civilians and injured a third at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, before taking his life.
The US Navy has confirmed on Twitter that another person besides the suspected shooter has also been killed in the shooting incident.
Earlier in the day, media reports emerged saying that an active shooter situation occurred a naval base in Florida. The administration of the naval base turned to Facebook to inform that the access gates of the base had been closed.

ABC News reported citing spokesperson for Baptist Hospital that nine patients have been admitted to the hospital, while six patients were taken to the trauma centre at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital.
Three medical helicopters and several military ambulances have been deployed at the scene of the incident.
NAS Pensacola employs more than 16,000 military and 7,400 civilian personnel.

The Chinese Authorities have announced this week that they are planning to execute digitalization of their courts with artificial-intelligence (AI) judges, cyber-courts, and verdicts delivered on chat apps. Supreme People's Court of China said in a policy paper that the move is being encouraged to streamline case-handling using cyberspace and technologies like blockchain and cloud computing.

The Court further stated that the proceedings are likely to be conducted under a 'mobile court' offered on popular social media platform WeChat that has already handled more than three million legal cases or other judicial procedures since its launch in March.

The paper was released as judicial authorities gave journalists a glimpse inside a 'cyber court', established in 2017 in the eastern city of Hangzhou to deal with legal disputes that have a digital aspect. As seen by the journalists, the Hangzhou Internet Court operates featuring an online interface with litigants appearing on video chat as an AI judge prompts them to present their cases.

The AI judge in a black robe asks: "Does the defendant have any objection to the nature of the judicial blockchain evidence submitted by the plaintiff?". To this, a human plaintiff answered: "No objection".

Internet Court offers faster verdicts

Online trade disputes, copyright cases, and e-commerce product liability claims form the type of cases handled at the Hangzhou Internet Court. To obtain their verdict from this court, litigants can register their civil complaints online and later log on for their court hearing.
Officials claimed that when such functions are handled by a virtual judge, it helps ease the burden on human judges who monitor the proceedings and make the major rulings in each case. The move is a result of the growing caseload created by mobile payments and e-commerce in China.

Hangzhou Internet Court Vice President Ni Defeng told the media, "(Concluding cases) at a faster speed is a kind of justice, because justice delayed is justice denied".

88,401 cases concluded by the virtual court

The use of blockchain technology was particularly useful, helping to streamline and create clearer records of the legal process, Ni added. China has set up similar chambers in Beijing and the southern metropolis of Guangzhou.

With that about 118,764 cases have been accepted and 88,401 concluded, the Supreme People's Court said that the 'mobile court' option on WeChat allows users to complete case filings, hearings, and evidence exchange without physically appearing in court which has been launched in 12 provinces and regions.

Zhou Qiang, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme People's Court, said that courts nationwide are experimenting with a range of online tools. He added that more than 90% of China's courts had handled cases online to some extent as of October.

The sheriff of a county in Virginia says he’s ready to deputize thousands of citizens if the state legislature passes laws restricting the Second Amendment.
At a board meeting Tuesday where a resolution was passed declaring Culpeper County a “constitutional county,” Sheriff Scott Jenkins said he will vigorously defend the “God-given” right of citizens to own firearms.
“The right to bear arms—some believe that the Second Amendment gives us that right, when in fact it’s a God-given right. If you don’t believe in God, it’s a law of nature that every creature can defend their lives from threats,” Jenkins said.

Furthermore, Jenkins added he is prepared to deputize numerous citizens if that’s what it takes to comply with new gun laws.
“If the legislature decides to restrict certain weapons I feel harms our community, I will swear in thousands of auxiliary deputies in Culpeper,” the sheriff stated, according to The Culpeper Star-Exponent. “There’s no limit to the number of people I can swear in… Personally, I don’t think some of the bills that are proposed will pass, I don’t think we’re that far left in Virginia.”
“A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves and include all men capable of bearing arms,” Jenkins added, citing Virginia-based Founding Father Richard Henry Lee’s perspective on the Second Amendment.

County Supervisor Jack Frazier, who recommended labeling the region a “constitutional county” rather than a “sanctuary county” to distinguish from liberal “sanctuary cities,” said he wanted the proposal to send a message to legislators.
“I am hoping that by standing by our neighboring counties that this will send a message to our governor, legislators and the folks in Richmond that the people of Culpeper County know best as to how we can protect ourselves and our families,” Frazier said.

A county resident and US Navy veteran also told the local paper he feared for his rights after Democrats took control of the state’s General Assembly.
“When I see bills being introduced to the House of Representatives in Richmond that you can’t even train your kids on how to use a gun, that’s a little much. I’m just bound and determined that they’re not going to take my rights away,” expressed retired service member Charles Evering.
The resolution reads in part:
“The Board of Supervisors implores the Virginia General Assembly, the United States Congress, and other agencies of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States Government vigilantly to preserve, uphold, and protect the rights of the citizens to keep and bear arms under the Constitutions of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States by rejecting any provision, law, or regulation that may infringe, have the tendency to infringe, or place any additional burdens on the right of law-abiding citizens to bear arms.”
The proposal mirrors similar pro-Second Amendment resolutions recently passed by other Virginia counties, including King George, Orange and Fairfax counties.

Since they’re states more than things, they are each 100% in potential; manifestation is something else. Our microbiome is crucial to maintenance of homeostasis, and is heavily implicated in memory: it is as much an aspect of homeostasis as anything else.

You mention an arbitrary 60/40 split without identifying it. If you’re talking abut yin and yang again (still), then 60:40 isn’t a breakdown or split, it’s a ratio: it’s the range of a fairly normal, fairly balanced flow, centering @50:50 but always moving.
