She firstly prior to budding she was a mother plant in veg for a couple of months.
Then i transplanted her up into a 90 litre pot and filled pot with co-co.She was firstly in a 50 litre running in perlite in a basket.I pulled her up trimmed her roots and planted her in the 90 litre pot.She then was under a spectrum cool white light running 27/7 for a couple of weeks.Once she was settled i put her in where she is now under some good hps lighting,i ran her under 18 hrs for 2 weeks 2 x 600 hps + 1 x 1000 hps.
I prefer canna products generally but she has had a mixture and has enjoyed the varity it would seem.

At this stage they are around 18ins long and already trained to grow low.

yes, this is true

ive heard differently, say you veg'd a clone for 3 days then put it on 12/12, surely it diddnt have time to mature like say a plant veged for 50 days so it wouldnt have as mature as bud because the plant diddnt have the time to store the energy and micronutrets needed for full bud production.

i wish i had a room then i could grow 2 strains the exact same way but like i said and see which is better.

ive heard differently, say you veg'd a clone for 3 days then put it on 12/12, surely it diddnt have time to mature like say a plant veged for 50 days so it wouldnt have as mature as bud because the plant diddnt have the time to store the energy and micronutrets needed for full bud production.

Ah but you see you are wrong. Clones are as old as the ORIGINAL plant. So if a strain has been around for a few months(or years) ALL the clones that come from this mother, or any clones taken from the original mother are in essence as old as the original mother, whether it be a few months, or 5 years.

Think about it, if a clone is already 400 days old, 403 days or 450 days is not going to make a difference, since the plant has already fully matured by that time.

Good looking plant you got there. What sort of nutrients are you feeding it (ppm if possible)? I am into plant nutrition. Bet you can't wait to smoke it.

Canna use nothing but the best.
800 mls A+B Canna flores
250-500 mls Fulvic acid
200-400 mls Liquid potash
200 mls Au 60 root repair
6 teaspoons phostrogen (soluable fertiliser)
per 200 litres
pH 5.5- 6
ppm x500 =1300-1400
CF 26-28
EC 2.6 - 2.8

I do use some other's if needed but good preperation and good managment .ierevenative spraying for pests and fungal is best hopefully and all prior to maturing juicy budds ready for harvest.

i agree on that but im not saying a clone will be better if its older or not but how mature it is.
if you cut a clone and put it directly into flower i dont think it could possibly produce as potent, smelling, or dense nuggets as with a plant that has been veged for 5 weeks because it hasnt built up the root mass to power a plant to its maximum potential.

think about it it if a four-banger and a v8 were racing who would win?

I pulled the big bitch yesterday guys.
Trimmed that top budd and wieghed it 4.7 oz's, i cant wait untill shes dry and i can sample the goods.
