Glad to see everything is working out fine. Robert Connell Clarke wrote a paper about Traditional Cannabis Cultivation in Darchula District in 2007 which I posted earlier in this thread. Can the Seed Hunter tell something about the cannabis cultivation today and what importance it has today in people's life from Darchula disctrict?

Furthermore good luck and safe travels.

Second that- if Seed Hunter has any other stories to share about collecting these, I'll gladly listen.

Loving this thread, get to see someone live what I can only dream of doing. Unfortunately my circumstances are such that i will never to get fulfill this dream but at least I can live it vicariously through this journey. The only sad part is I’ll never get the joy of growing the collected strains. At least someone in the community is actively searching out these landrace, heirloom, wild or whatever people want to call these strains. The community badly needs an infusion of fresh new genetics.

Thanks to all involved for making this thread and like others please share more stories from these journeys.

I sit here and stare at that pic of the seeds that made it to the UK and I think and hope is the long lost RKS in there...

Maybe a bunch of missing links will return, NL5 hmmn oh the possibilities...

Thanks for sharing Gypsy and The Seed Hunter!!

I’m more excited about the unknowns that could be found than refinding what has already been. New tastes, new canabinoids and new “highs” are much more interesting to me.

Don’t get me wrong I’d love for RKS to come back but I also believe that our modern pallet is far more advanced than it was back in the day so true original RKS may not be what most remember it to be.
