My mother has not had good luck health wise over the years. Right now she is also contending with the thought of a histerectomy. Same symptoms except for displasia.
That is alot to breath with on top of you constantly. I wish I had been more understanding when she told me about her problems, I was a silly kid and hardly listened.

She has always been able to counsel me even over the phone during some of the most difficult times of my life. I can always pick up the phone.

I can PM you back with her email address if you'd like, she just recently bought her first computer LOL (she loves to read) and I know she want's to hear from people that are coping much like you are everyday.

I truly wish you best things to come, after all on icmag were family!
I will pray in the meantime and check back soon.

I'm Back!

I'm Back!

Hello  my IC :friends:
Well this has definately been the longest month of my life. :fsu:
After being released from the hosp. for the 1st surgery, I started getting very sick. :badday: I kept telling the Dr. something was wrong and they just kept sayin its the normal shit. Well after 3 weeks of not being able to keep anything down at all and numerous Dr. and ER visits they finally said "OOOh your right something is wrong." (I had 4 days in those whole 3weeks I was able to keep food down.) I had lost so much weight. My blood cells were no longer holding any of the fluid in my body. They planned on doing a Laperscope surgery, which only made it about 2 mins. they said. I was cut from pelvic to 2 1/2 -3 inches above my belly button. "OOOUUUCCCHHH!!!!!!" The said that I had a blood pocket that had formed behind my liver and the worst of the infection was in my pelvis. My intestines were fusin together from the infection which they had to pull out and untangle and they had to cut a part of my stomach lineing off too because of that. The hospital stay was 12 days total. I am just so vey glad to be home with my family and especially thankful that God spared me. I was told had they waited longer the infection would have killed me! Taking things slow but already feel so much better, minus the pain. :puppydoge

:respect: Thank you sshash420 and family for steppin into my home to help taking such great care of my kids through this very hard time! Your the best friends anyone could ever have!
THANK YOU ALL that sent your prayers and well wishes for me and my family, they have ment more than you'll ever know.

And I wanted to make a very public Thank You to the BEST Hubby in the whole world for everything he has done. I couldn't ask for more support than he has given and continues to give! I Love You Honey! :ying:

Well it is so nice to see you back posting again and I am so sorry it went badly for you. I wish Doctors would listen to their patients, one of my biggest complaints with them.

You seem to be very blessed with your husband and family, good to have you back dear.

Pain only last a little while & chicks dig scars,Oh ya ,you are a chick.

On a serious note,i just found this, and honey i'm so glad you've pulled through this trial in your life.this makes my current situation seem trivial.
WE only ever know the strength of our relationships, thrugh the trials we endure,&with each one our love grows,& our relationships get stronger.
well in the middle of typing this,my phone rings & 1 of my true friends, who is also drives a truck over the rd w/his wife. His father was involved in an automobile crash & was ejected through the windshield,& killed on impact.
Any,i'm glad to hear you & yours aee doing ok.

PEACE,LOVE & SOLITUDE;1TT

Hello GWFH1974!

I didn´t have the time and patience jet to read through the entire thread.

But as other people allready mentioned:

God is allways there for you.

I went through serious problems during the last years, 2006 was one of the worst.

But now I know that there is a higher sense in everything, which doesn´t mean that someone should let him-/ herself go...

We all can try our best, and we all are given the chance to feel the love of God.

Praying is much more than a "hippie thing".

It really works.

I will pray for you, and I wish you all the best.

There are people out there who send you a lot of positive energy, and I really hope you can feel that allready.

Let´s keep this thread alive!

Let´s keep this thread alive!

Hello GWFH 1974!

Seems that we all are too busy to pay enough attention to our suffering fellas.

I would like you to know that there are still many people out there who think about you and send a bunch of positive energy your way.

We are just too lazy to post on this thread...

You don´t know how important your health is,- until you get ill.

Then many people start to pray for help, and when they feel better, they dont even say: "Well, thank you God for listening to me."

Many of us use Cannabis as a recreational substance, to get closer to God, but on the other hand we close our eyes when bad things are happening, instead of working on them.

We all can change the world, and we all have enough time to pay attention to other people, and we don´t need any substance to find the eternal love.

Just open your eyes, take a look at the flowers, the sun, the stars, don´t walk on by, take a closer look at the beautiful things surrounding us,- and you will find God.

One Love,

Spice
