This thread was started for one reason, i made it very clear, in bold actually,.. give opinions on what is fun to do in Denver for the weekend ill be there. The title doesn't even mislead anyone off that track. It's in no way an "opinion", and surely not a productive one either, to just come in here and be negative, or talk for the sake of seeing your own type, or boosting your post count i guess. What the hell is so hard to understand about that for so many? If you know whats fun to do in Denver pipe up, if you don't stay shut up. It's a pretty friggin simple concept i think, sad so many others have opposing agenda's.

Also check out Mile High Glass- I used to know a blower there. Nice pieces, semi-OK prices. Also if you have time head west on I-70 towards all the ski resorts, the Eisenhower tunnel is a trip to drive through. Youre in it for about 6 minutes, pop out and its like you're in another mountainous world... you'll have a blast no matter what you do or what anyone says.

Vartan jazz club is worth hitting up if you dig world class jazz music

Boulder is as far away as youll want to go, 45 min from denver, its a hippy/college town, its fun...the fox theater has good shows
there is a butterfly pavillion on the way thats cool
Downtown denver is cool for some, lodo=bars n uppity people, def hit up the Flying Dog brewery. Get you some doggie style ale! there is good music around, get one of those free papers with the music ads

If you make it to a Cheba Hut I recommend the Acapulco Gold. That place is crazy, all their sandwiches have names like "Thai Stick, Panama Red, Schwag, Trainwreck, Afghani, etc" and you order in sizes such as Nugs, Pinners and Blunts. Definitely a stoner friendly place to pick u a quick sandwich

I wonder, does the Cheba Hut drug test their employees?

hey maryjanesjungle dont listen to the trolls here. Denver is fucking sick! I moved out here about a year ago from georgia and will probably stay here the rest of my life. The mountain air, the music scene, the chill people. Awesome,awesome ,awesome.. There is something for everyone out here. Everyone and their mom smokes bud out here too. Hope you have a great trip!
