Mr Soul taught me the futility and counterproductivity of growing out seedplants
growing the same clone over and over again is about as exciting to me as watching the same movie over and over again..no matter how good it is, it gets boring after awhile
growing from seed is where it's at for variety....this is real growing....clones are the battery hens of personal cannabis growing
"futility and counterproductivity"......lol that's funny coming from a guy who made big bucks selling seeds..and anyway didn't those Cindy people always grow from seed?....if you want ten females, plant 18 ~ 25 seeds and cull the males and smaller femmes, trim the tops of the femmes in veg to ensure a more compact growth pattern.....and if yield is ultra important then veg for week or two longer.....clones are easier, not better..while the seedlings are flowering start another lot of seeds, now, that's perpetual growing!
clone growing/smoking is like going to the same hooker each week, no mystery there, just same same...yawn.....seed growing is like picking up a different girl in a bar each night, some are great, some just ok and some you'd like to forget about...but exciting nevertheless....and never boring!
I know I'm in the minority here, but I fail to see any advantage to growing like the cash croppers do...I'd much rather have 3 ounces of 5 different strains in my stash box than 5 ounces of the same strain.....I have mates here who look at me like I'm crazy when I extoll the virtues of seed growing.....I guess they too are addicted to battery hen, maximum production, mono-cropping growing
one of the worse things about growing a room full of clones is that you will develop a tolerance to it quickly, so you either have to smoke more or get less high.....a stash box full of mono-bud = boring, but that's much better than none at all!
