well im running alot of 1000 watters and some of them are a year old and some people say change them out every year.Well there is no way in hell im going to spend thousands in new bulbs if there good .so i got a light meter,a good one not a grow store meter eather. I played with it some and man its nuts how much you will learn about light .one foot from the bulb is magic lummens three feet away .it ant shit.light 6 inches under the vert bulb is horable .

I am about to flower some pre98 myself. Interested to see how she compares to the katsu version.

If you have katsu then you will love the 98, I have them both and both are great cuts... But the 98 gets a bit more attention when I share her with friends... Ive only had one better bubba cut than pre98 and she is long gone.. sadly..

did you end up finding out if your bulbs needed to be replaced after a year?

After 3 weeks stretch I will have a very full room she is 12 feet long 7 feet high 5 feet wide and she will be full.pluss 8000 watts hps for flower

How many foot candles are you measuring at the plants? How much of a degradation in light power are you seeing from the bulbs and over how long of a time period? Really curious to hear anything else you have to share about your findings with the light meter!

Well stretch is over and shit is full! There are no holes . I'm going to thin shit out next .I'm glad they are on wheels because it really needs to open up some.5 feet looked good but 6 would be better. all ready got the next round in veg 24 ak and wr .picks in the morning
