Looking great man. That stretch was crazy, but giving the genetics there wasn't to much going to stop it

Day 20 flower. The fucking stretch is crazy...ugh. Got some bud swelling finally!
I am almost considering topping but fuck...that would suck. Anyone top this late into flower? I've been bending and defoliating like crazy, no room to train much anymore.

The tops are about 6" away now....sucks. If I knew the stretch would be this crazy I would have prepped differently. Less veg...

Yeah looks like you flipped them a bit late.. Quite a stretch. Canopy looks great though! I have not topped that late in flower but it can be done. Have you tested this strain before in a scrog? I don't throw them in a scrog until I've grown them out in a pot before and have an idea of their stretch. You might want to prune any of the lower branches that aren't getting any light. Is the light maxed out in height?

Yeah, dude. Light is maxed out at the moment, I could MacGuyver something but it would be a pain in the ass and only get me 2" more.
I have not grown them out before so this is a learning experience. This was supposed to be an indica heavy strain, short flowering time, but it's showing strong sativa characteristics. I am hoping it halts in stretching and just swells like crazy.
I've been pretty aggressive with defoliating fan leaves that aren't helping and are blocking bud sites. Also, I read that fan leaves help stretch the stems out so removing some will help stop the stretch.
Everything under the screen is gone.

I haven't topped a plant in flower before... on purpose
I have broken a couple tops off being too heavy handed while training, those colas never filled out as well as the rest...

I've been supercropping the last week. Helped a lot! I may double my tops now, I had 30+ before, I may end up with 50 to 60!

Yes, I tried to edit the thread title, it is 480w equivalent but only pulls 140w in veg and 210w in flower. So, it should read 210w cab
Do you think 2 X 300w units would be OK for a 1mx1mx2m veg tent ?
I'm getting mixed reviews on how they are with vegging plants and cuttings
