Then why do we microwave or cook food if it kills off nutrients. Just kinda weird. Maybe we should all go raw.

The reason we cook it ...is

1. it kills off bacteria's and disease that exist ...

2. It breaks down the different things (carbs/protein/fat) for our bodys to
digest it easier and faster

3 . Come on ...it tastes good too : )

The seed will explode, or it will almost explode and in both cases it would not grow.

They won't explode they'll just sprout all mutated and then they won't grow any more than a small mutated root, someone should micro zap a 7 incher to see if it mutates the plant, now thats a science experiment, hehe
